And with maximum (Perfect IVs, 252 EVs, attack raising nature) at level 100 looks like:
Azumarill: 218 (436 w/ Huge Power), Swampert: 350

Azumarill hits harder than Swampert with Huge Power, but Swampert can both take hits better and move faster.
