So far, everything known about him is rumors and speculation. Even the name came out when it became clear that he wasn't Decade or even Decade 2.0. But I would still bet on Regedo already because of the mentioned tautology with legendary riders.
On the other hand, we have Gotchard and Valvarado. Legend or Regedo in comparison is somehow too rustic. According to this principle, all other riders in the show will be called by their own name.
