Let's be honest here; for a toy at this pricepoint Baron looks really good. He may be a jerkstore in the show but he does have a nice suit design and it translated well into toy form.

Yes as well as the Shoulder Pads, and the Helmets look to be as well.
Then there's the Sengoku driver difference. So I think they are just modified to fit Yggdrassils needs.

There MIGHT be colour differences, but it's entirely possible the armour is just a dark brown and looks black in certain light. He always looked black in the show.

The only difference is the belt and lack of face plate, which of course was pointed out in the show.

Huh. I could have sworn that the Kurokage troopers had longer chestplates than Hase Kurokage.

What probably happens is the different height of the actors in the suit plays tricks. They are all identical, though. That picture also has Hase slightly squished. (you can tell by the lock seed not being a perfect circle)

Well the troopers chest piece is almost touching the Sengoku Driver though I will admit the lighting is different and I would of like it if there was a picture where they were in the same lighting.

Just watch the show, it's not hard. Hell, watch the scene when Kouta and Kaito are first taken to Yggdrasil following Hase's death. The two troopers escorting them most of the time are not even close to the same height. (one also can't see well out of the helmet, because he's never looking where he's going)

Also, the suits will never sit the same on every person. The belts could be attached higher on one, the chest could be slouched forward. It's impossible to get a baseline unless every suit was on a mass-produced dummy.

just to warn you all...I'm going to do horrible things to some Kamen Riders in the next few weeks...
