On topic and such, I put up to 150 hours of overwatch at this point, my friend thinks am playing too much but then I feel I could have probably played more at this point. |
Tales of Symphonia.
I had to double back to the first dungeon and got some item boxes i missed as well as got some training for Lloyd and Genus. Being introduced to Noishe just had me staring at the creature, Lloyd says he is a dog and seeing as there are dogs in this universe... That's no dog. Going through the forest and into the desians base all i can think of is how the heck has Lloyd survived this long when this place is on his morning jog route. And at this scene it hits me that this game has pseudo platforming. ...Yay
Is the name Druk synonymous with adoptied dads?
Jesus christ Collete, i cannot stand her voice... This second boss fight, it's design freaks me out, looks like something out of Resident Evil.
Marble's death would probably be more impactfull if we actually had more than one conversation with her, seeing Lloyd and Genus get kicked out of the village like that just makes me think that these characters are assholes
And the games second dungeon looks to be a desert level. Well this should be... Interesting. |
More Tales of Symphonia.
Spent about 2 hours grinding in the desert before actually proceeding with the story, getting kidnapped by Desians and then proceeding to grind against robots in a hallway. So... That room with the Gamecube. What is it in other versions of the game? Kind of curious there. And then out of nowhere the others show up to save Lloyd, what are the odds? Everytime Lloyd and Collete share a conversation all i hear is this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xPFIn8dW3Fk Once they all joined the party i proceeded to ignore Rain for the rest of the game. |
Telltale's The Walking Dead: Michonne
I knew it was just a miniseries, but I didn't expect each individual episode to feel so dang short too. Could have very easily finished in a day, but have spread it out to one a day and so should finish tonight. |
Still playing Tales Of Symphonia, got into the second dungeon after about an hour of grinding, put Raine in the party to have more than one guy on the team as a healer.
After more conversations between Lloyd and Collete i repeat my previous sentiment. "Just f*ck already!" And going into this dungeon i expected a desert themed dungeon, was pleasantly surprised when it was a sudden volcano. Wasn't a very long dungeon so it wasn't that hard outside of that mimic near the entrance. That boss fight though, was really pathetically easy i mean jesus christ Demon fang spamming, though i was grinding for about 4 hours so Lloyd can take pretty much anything. ...So Colette's an angel now? Neat. Though that's normally a transformation left for a midway point kind of thing, i thought i was still starting this game? And they leave they're sickly thin girl in the middle of a sandstorm!? Yeah it's part of her test but still jesus overkill much? And after getting some armor, weapons and ingredients for food the Ninja girl is introduced! And seeing her introduction... I like her already, i'm gonna be in for a fun time. Also the boss theme when she's introduced, kick ass! That's a great track! Made it to the near port town and that's when i decided to take a break for now. |
Tales of Symphonia.
Made it to Palmacosta and lots of things happened, seeing a town filled with people willing to rebel against tyrannical overlords is a nice change of pace. So... Do we ever get to fight the Collette imposter? Because i want to. Anyway i spend about 30 minutes playing the diner dash minigame in the school cafeteria, then on the way to the mountain i amased over 1200 gald on the way there, i keep bumping into the ninja girl, i find her dialogue amusing. I want to fight Magnius, his design reminds me of that one guy from Pokemon Colloseum with the Entei. Seeing the Governor actually working for desians was something i kind of saw coming, don't know why just seemed like it made sense at the time, So the desians killed a little girl and her father and cursed the mother to live as a sentient cucumber, if that's not motivation to beat the living tar out of the desians i don't know what it. Also spent about an hour of play time grinding, at this point i'm pretty sure Lloyd can beat up a god if he wanted too. |
So i beat two dungeons today on Tales of Symphonia, one of them the Desians base, the other the water seal.
The desians base in Palmacosta wasn't a very hard dungeon, just kind of tedious, i was kind of bored by the maze and when i made it to the end
Killing Magnius was really freaking satisfying. Although Chocolat not recieving help from Lloyd and rather killing herself seems... Kind of depressing. All in all a 100 percent successful trip!
I just kind of came across the water seal dungeon out of accident, i wasn't really looking for it i was just exploring the overworld, that puzzle was kind of difficult mainly because i don't think the game tells you that you can change what the ring does when you check the pedestal, as a result it took me a while to get it working. Fighting the boss of that area was the hardest one yet as i used up all my items keeping Lloyd alive. Fortunately i amassed so much Gald between the two dungeons and walking in the world map that i replenished my item stock So I beat the wind seal and Asgard. This was uneventful outside of the second battle with Sheena, which almost killed my party, holy crap actual difficulty! |
Tales Of Symphonia.
So Colette is slowly losing her humanity as she turns into an angel. Huh, being an angel sounds like it sucks big time. Anyway i feel like the pasing for this game at this point is all over the place, between the first and second seals there was a huge break between them, or at least it felt like it, then afterwards there was the trip to Asgard and the third seal, feel like i skipped a section which is weird because i talked to every NPC i come across. Sheena finally joined the party, which is cool, and then i entered the third Desian ranch. The characters splitting up, man from Raine's point of view the battles just dragged on, nite to self, never put the mages on one team and the fighters on the other. One part will be fun while the other will be boring. The boss of this area looks like he wear saiyan armor. KVar, his boss fight was hard, it took me a couple of times to beat him, managed it on the fourth try. Also Kratos killing Kvar was one of the most badass things i have seen in a long time |
Tales Of Symphonia
Somethings happened that i honestly forgot about because of a really long play session due to being hocked on the story. Went to look for the summons scattered across the region on foot, which helped me get some money and levels, and then proceeded to the tower of Salvation These angels, they're tone of voice makes me want to punch them in the face, Colette is now in a catatonic state and i couldn't care less, i mean besides her usefulness in battle i didn't really care for her character. If anything i think this is an improvement. Anyway boss fights that your supposed to lose, back to back... Jesus christ both times i almost had a heart attack because i ran out of items in the fights before then. Glad that was a thing that happened. A resistance force that doesn't take the side of the heroes right away? That's an interesting spin. When the party escaped the base all i could think of was the back to the future theme. It fit the moment. Once i made it to the otherworld i thought to go to the first town before i stopped playing for now, met two new part members, Pretty boy and Klonoa, wahoo. Basically this entire part of the game is summed up thusly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kdhhQhqi_AE |

Also on what games playing, still playing too much overwatch, up to 180 hours at this point, wish they would give more concrete information on Sombra. |
Playing Doom 2016 at the moment. I love it!

Tales pf Symphonia.
...I got lost for like 3 hours after going to the university. Only to realize that i had to go to the store next to the university. I. feel. like. an. idiot. Anyway traveled back to the mountain, which trigered a boss fight, said boss fight was pretty dang easy because of all the enemies i fought during the 3 hour gap. Also have 20,000 gald at this point. Neat. At this point i have some many party members i have no idea who to put in the main party. |
Tales of Symphonia, went into the forest, got lost for a bit.
Eventually i made it to the Japanese village Mizuho before going back into the forest. Got into a boss fight which was the definition of 'that escalated quickly' before making it out. Presea left the party which is unfortunate, i liked having her in the party. Got a muscle man who reminds me of Ike as her replacement for now as i went to a mineshaft. I saved the game halfway through the dungeon. |
Tales of Symphonia.
Presea rejoined the party... Yay. Beat the lightning temple after wandering around inside for 2 hours. God i hated that dungeon and character death of someone i didn't care about just to drive the point of me not caring for this place home. |
Tales of Symphonia.
Made it through presumably the last human ranch in Sylvarant defeated Rodyle in a VERY satisfactory fight, though there was another character death... oh no, that guy died, he was such a memorable character with great character moments and personality traits... i am sad that he is gone. |
Went back to Yoshi's Woolly World; finally got the last Flower in 5-S! Quite pleased with that too; all that's left is finishing World 6 and then the TRUE last level.

Been playing WWE 2K16. Because it was free.
It's alright? But man the submission mini game is just horrendous. Not that I need to use it for much more than achievement grinding because the game's not that hard, but naturally I'm doing a little of that lol. |
Has anyone been playing the Super Sentai Legend Wars mobile game? It seems to have the back end super greed (Greeed :D ) mentality that Kamen Rider Storm Heroes does, which isn't a surprise since they're both Bandai-Namco, but it's been pretty fun so far.

The FIFA 17 demo is finally out today although it should've been yesterday. I can't wait to play it now.
|
I bought a cheap PS2 controller since my old ones don't function well anymore, I wanted to play some of my old games again and I started with one of my favorite JRPG's of all time:
Dragon Quest VIII. Well technically I started with a round of Tekken 3, but anyways, Dragon Quest VIII. I love this game so much and it's exactly as awesome as I remembered it. The music is amazing, graphics hold up well enough and the gameplay is still one of the purest forms of JRPG you could ask for. It’s not as sharp looking as today’s games so I understand why people would like an HD-port, but I think it looks good enough on my HD TV. I’m like 5-6 hours into the game and added my final party member yesterday, the smug bastard that is Angelo. Looking forward to proceeding since the game only gets better the further you play IMO. In fact the bonus dungeon is among the things I really look forward to – past me could beat all forms of the extra boss, including the last hardcore challenge, so I’m interested to see how adult me will handle it. I have a few more games on my list I want to tackle afterwards, including my favorite PS2 game overall – Okami. I think I save this one for Christmas, just because. |
Currently on Chapter 4 of Cyber Sleuths, completely lost it at this part:

I've decided to dust off Persona 4 on the Vita and try another play through. I don't recall if anything rolled over if you played it a second time.. so I figured why not.
|
Im trying to build a team to use in online multiplayer in Yokai watch.

|
Finally playing something new and started Telltale's Batman.
|
Dishonored on the PS4. Great game, I love it.
|
I'm now playing Dishonored 2 and Kamen Rider: Battride War Genesis for the PS4.
|
Some of my favorite games:
- Ben 10 Protector of Earth (Nintendo DS) - Quake 2 (Playstation 1) - Minotaur Labyrinth (PC) - Mummy Maze (PC) - Megaman X3 (PC) - Halo 2 (PC) - Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Generations (Via Mobile Phone App) - The Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls (Via Google Chrome App) |
Fiiiiinally getting around to playing the Batman Arkham games. Only played Asylum for a few hours so far but it's been fun.
|
I'm playing Dillons rolling Western.
I bought this game WAY back when it first came out but I never really got into it, lets see how I do this time around. |

Passing so many things I have to come back to after getting the right gear. Just so many. Kinda frustrating to see that much. |
I still think AA is the best of the Batman games. It was the only one that truly had a focus even if the final boss battle sucked. Every other game just felt like they didn't know what to do with the open world so they just threw in whatever they could think of to pretend it was a large city.
|
I'm currently replaying one of my favorite games ever, Okami. I know the 10th anniversary was last year but it came out one year after here so for me it kinda counts :lol
|
Been playing a lot of Halo 2 remastered lately, and man, that game is friggin brutal
|
For Honor Open Beta.
So much salty behavior, it's amazing. |
I just got For Honor. This might be one of my favorite games ever. The multiplayer is amazing. The story mode is alright. It's pretty short but I appreciate the fact that they took the time to put it in. The multiplayer does suffer from extremely slow matchmaking and some game modes have a horrible lag.
|
I picked up Touhou: Genso Wanderer for the Vita on launch day. I haven't played much of at the moment but I'm enjoying it so far. I love the theme I downloaded alongside the game though.
