I'd add Drive and Ghost on that "Would most likely show up" list.

While they got Gaku Sano back recently so we'll probably get Gaim, I'd honestly be more interested in the other Riders. Gaim seems to just be chilling on his planet until he's called in for crossovers, everyone else is still doing stuff on Earth.


I think anyone who has in a Heisei Generations is highly plausible.

Mitsuzane actor is kinda busy since his performance in Gaim. Very busy actually.
He can potentially be the next Takeru Sato (Den-O. To compare with a fellow rider actor) in terms of busy and "big actor" in Japan. So it's a thorny subject. kinda.

Zi-O probably will be similar to Gokaiger in terms of returning characters for tribute episodes.....

Mitsuzane actor also appeared in Kakegurui Live Actions.....

I'm assuming that at the very least, and going off the current returning actor list we know of so far, they're at least going for the main and secondary riders to return. Build and Cross-Z. Ex-Aid and Brave. Faiz and Kaixa. It'd be a pretty fair compromise until they prove otherwise with whatever returning actor news we get from here.

yup, with Poppy (Ruka Matsuda) and the show has been recently renewed for a second season. and he is the lead male character so... Yeah pretty busy.

It's simple, in 2018 only, the guy starred in like 5 or 6 shows/movies already, being the lead actor at least 3 or 4 times. + he won the 72nd Mainichi Film Awards in the "best new actor" category (one of the most important newspaper in Japan). And we're only in September.
That's a lot for a 22yo actor.

I think they'll save Decade for Heisei Generations Forever, since the Decade item comes out in December just in time for it to show up in the movie, since it was said that Decade and Den-O won't have regular episodes dedicated to them. There seems to be a trend for the returning actors in Zi-O in that it's the main and secondary riders returning, So for Gaim, it'll probably be Kouta & Kaito only.

I wonder how in the Zi-O crossover movie will Sento and Banjou get Team Build back together again. With the new versions.

Masahiro Inoue is one of those actors who seems willing to grab his belt out of storage the second Toei calls. The only thing that might stop him is if he's working on something for Garo. There were rumors of a film or miniseries or something focused on his character Jinga awhile back and he may be working on that right now. Of course, Zi-O is going to be filming for the better part of a year, so odds are he'd be available at some point.
