What would happens if the lead actor get injured?
Just say he broke his knee and is unable to do any fight scene and can barely walk. The only time they ever got into this situation when Hiroshi Fujioka SHATTERED his leg in a motorcycle stunt gone wrong during the production of Kamen Rider. They end up replace him with Takeshi Sasaki to fill it the role while Hiroshi Fujioka. Do you think they would replace lead actor if they suffered a huge injury? |

Do you like the idea of Super Sentai meet Doctor Strange show?
I feel most of Recent Super Sentai are too Sci-Fi and we haven't got a Super Sentai focus more on magic and less on high-tech stuff. I feel Ninninger is too high-tech and doesn't feel fantasy to me. ToQger is probably feel more fantasy since it deal with imaginary Well if you say "They already did with Magiranger" Well they always use Dinosaur, Ninjas, Martial Arts, Animals and even Vehicle all the time! But why no love for Wizardy? Toei? |

Something that I found rather interesting was though, out of the 6 rangers, GaoSilver was the only one who actually mattered as a character. While the others were important, it was only as 'Gaoranger' and not really as characters in their own right. |

So WildForce did alright as an adaptation then? I mean rhevonly rangers ive seen really get an arc that wasn't tied to a new zord is Cole and Merrick (go figure) maybe im not seeing it but that seems the case to me.

The problem is that the show often loses steam after those very intense parts of the story and has a bunch of meh to boring episodes too. The characters are likeable enough though and I even found myself liking the comedic villain duo that supports all the big baddies. |
The whole Rouki and Gao Silver storyline was fun looking back.
Okay question time. You are given the chance to be a one day suit actor. You got a free workout regime, free martial arts training, the works prior to filming. The scene you will partake in is all 41 super sentai teams vs the baddest dudes in the galaxy so Legend War II pretty much. Which one ranger suit do you act? Please pick only one. And I mean only one. For myself I pick Ohkami Blue because it is not spandex and I can go crazy. |

He may be a bangai hero and not part of the regular roster but he is the dad in the Ozu family so why not. |
Okay, random thought. S.I.C. Sentai figures. Yes, I know it's not going to happen, but I was wondering if anyone else would be interested in seeing that aesthetic applied to sentai designs?

I taught that Zyuohger would have the same type of mechas of Gingaman.

I really want a super sentai where the main casts are in high school. I know megaranger had this plot but I want it to happen again. What do you guys think?
|
It could be done again, since they like hiring young actors, most of whom are still in their (albeit late) teens.
What could they do to make the school direction interesting? I ask because there's an overwhelmingly large amount of anime that takes place in a school setting, so I'm curious about what they could do with that setting along with the restriction of not being animation. |

And hey, who knows. Maybe we can do a Turboranger/Megaranger/Next High School Team mash-up. :) So question for those who have visited Japan or live there. Have you visited the tokusatsu bar run by either Ei Hamura (Shoji/Tenma Ranger) or Masaru Shishido(Goro/Oh Red)? They each have their own bar themed after tokusatsu and I am curious if anyone has been to either one or both. |
What your ideas for the 2020's season ?

I wouldn't. The Olympics guards their logo and trademarks like a hawk. I honestly think they would actively fight to prevent the series from being uploaded :lol
|
At the very least a sports theme would be cool. Have the helmets based on American football helmets and then the rest on other sports
|
A Sports Sentai team would be cool. I like each Ranger is based on a sport (Baseball, American Football, Basketball and a few others).
|
Oh I'm already spriting out an idea XD

The drinks on the menu were mostly created by actors (including suit actors) and are character- or show-themed. You may meet some of the actors, writers or directors there, but it says in the rules (in the menu), that you can't just randomly chat them up or talk about it too much later. If they feel like chatting (as in, a conversation between all the guests and staff develops or they directly adress you), it's okay, but it's basically a "don't bother them" rule because they come there to relax. Photos of the interior are also not allowed (you may take photos of your drinks and food, though). I was also there when they had the "Kirin bar" event, which was a night when Mr. Tsuchiya (Kirinranger) would be in charge. Or rather, entertain the guests xD You had to reserve a seat and could stay for 2 or 3 hours (I think it was around 1500 Yen that night...). You could by T-Shirts or get signed polaroids and while Mr. Hamura and Miyuu took care of the bar, Mr. Tsuchiya would go around and chat with the customers. They offered special drinks and snacks too :) I would recommend speaking some Japanese though, because, while they are trying to learn it, none of the people there speak English too well. While I didn't visit any other bars, I did have dinner at RedMask's Ramen shop. Since at some point I was the only customer, we also talked a bit. It's a bit hard to find (most of the bars and restaurants are in rather quiet parts of the cities, not too many tourist around and very small), but not to far from the next metro station. I heard that MegaRed also opened a Yakiniku shop in Shizuoka, were I lived, but sadly it was late summer and I didn't get the news before I left. That's on my bucket list for when I come back :) |
