I'm not really a big fan of either, but I'm going with Kabuto because I think Stronger is really overrated.

Tendou's English speaking voice is jarring because of how it changes.
Hailing from a Japanese background, my grandmother's voice didn't change at all between languages, so it's kinda odd :lol

Okay, we have a neon colored beetle who can't shake a person bare-handed without risking fatally shocking them, against a guy who

*is able to inherit a mystical White Knife, before deciding to use another;
*is able to make a dish-towel into multiple diffeerent dishes;
*causes multiple time paradoxes and still manages to keep the fabric of the space-time continuum intact;
*kicks faster than the speed of light (seriously; those are tachyons charging his kick);
*is able to say he is the man who will "rule over everything" and not get arrested;
*manage to attract every age-appropriate girl in Tokyo;
*is able to defeat soccer teams by himself;
*makes listening to your grandmother sound cool; and
*HAS A SWORD-GUN FALL FROM A GOD-KNOWS-WHERE PART OF THE SKY.

R.I.P. Shigeru, but I have to say Kabuto wins.

I know Stronger probably have no chance of winning, but without Stronger, there might not be a Kabuto, so in honoring the late Shigeru, Stronger it is.
