Takahiro Takeda was a former Yggdrasil employee. After being injured while on the job as a Kurokage Trooper, he and his friends went into Ryoma’s lab and stole various pieces of his equipment. Using the technology, he developed new artificial Lock Seeds and incorporated the Mass Production Drivers with data from the other Armored Riders. Using his artificial Grapefruit Lock Seed, Takahiro turns into the Duke-like Kaiser. He and his friends are in search of their Rider form’s “True" Lock Seeds, hoping to steal them from Kouta and Kaito.
