Not really. The only fighters people tend to care about are SF, MK, or SC. Everything else gets treated as niche, even the insanely popular Blazblue gets treated as a niche title...

And then of course there's Arcana Heart which very few people even know exist unless you're solely a fighting gamer or are into Atlus a lot.
