Holy crap! That was some episode there.

Woah, last week's preview is completely misleading. Also cool that we've got some Makdoa-ish time travel going on. Overlord Kaito is a beast and I actually didn't expect him to retain his mind but like Ryouma said that probably won't last. Still, figuarts now please.

So, yeah. Kouta's dead, Micchy's gone BSoD, and Kaito is a full-on Overlord. That all happened. And Mai tried but failed to travel back in time and undo it. I'm going to call something else now: we're getting, at least to some extent, a Ryuki ending. |

Calling it now. Everyone dies and Mai gets a new life due to the Golden Fruit but Sagara realizes what he's done and goes back in time so Mai never existed so Helheim wouldn't invade thus undoing the entire series. |

Predictions.
Kouta isn't dead (it's said in the text previews on Toei's site, he's simply unconscious because those other two dancers Pecko and Chucky or whatever who escaped the hospital find him and take him to the garage). Mai will then visit him as she did Micchy, but because he's unconscious AND an Overlord he'll be able to talk to her. She will see that Kaito is killing everyone (sorry, it's time for Bravo and Gridon to die) and tell Kouta just that - Kaito has obtained the power of an Overlord and is destroying our friends and our home. Kouta will then use his own Overlord powers to heal himself (like Roshuo did) and decide to stop Kaito. But upon seeing Jonouchi and Oren dead (and we'll say Zach too), Kouta realizes that he has to put Kaito down once and for all. AND THEN WE GET THE MOST EPIC BATTLE IN THE ENTIRE SERIES. Mai decides that since she can't change the past for her friends, she'll change it all by removing Sagura from the picture. He won't like that and will forcefully take back the Golden Fruit (since he made it and all). But Kouta will have evolved even more after battling Kaito and will be able to harm Sagura. So Sagura will use the Mai-infused Golden Apple to create the Jam Lock Seed and become Kamen Rider Jam. To destroy him is to destroy Mai as her essence is powering him. Micchy will arrive (we see an image of Kiwami and Ryugen suit actors next to Jam in one of the set leaks) and help Kouta only to freeze when he realizes that Sagura's power is that of Mai herself. In the end, Kouta will die destroying Sagura and give the power of the apple to Micchy, who will decide to use it to revert back to before Yggdrasill appeared and took down the tree and the shrine, and this time there will be no Sagura as he's gone. Micchy will become the "Man of the Beginning" and bring Mai back to life. Micchy will finish the series as the ultimate hero of the show, who had to be stripped of every single thing in his life before realizing what he needed to do, while Kouta is simply the catalyst that wakes Micchy up to this. BRILLIANT. |
I'm not sure if we should want Micchy to get a Musou Saber to the skull anymore.
He deserves it for being an evil little bastard, but the stuff coming up now... I don't know what to think... |
