I went back to Barnes & Noble and the Sailor Moon and DBZ figures were not on sale, I checked with a sales peron :( All the Power Ranger figures were gone so maybe those were the only ones?

But if you buy them individually, you'll only get one beamless saber, no effects for the GN Sword IIs, and no GN Sword III / Raiser Sword. You really should've gone full package from the start, now you'll have to buy a second 00 if you want all those goodies.
