That reignited my burning need of a Zweihander-based rider in Saber. Coulda sworn there would've been one.

Oh well, Master Logos' sword looks similar to it anyway.

I guess Buster is their concession, though I'm absolutely of the mind that you can never have too many guys with oversized swords, possibly due to a youth spent wasted playing RPGs. :p

You're too kind! I was going to hold off on reading through your thread until I had begun my own re-watch, but I don't know if I can hold back from mention of that episode, that milestone in cinematic history, that shining ray of light in a world of darkness, that—you get the idea. :p

When you say, flavored, you really do mean it. I mean, I could look at it and not think "Kamen Rider Saber". It can just serve as its own thing, completely separate from Saber. Very cool.

I think that's probably a bad thing. *cries* I do have some more standard Saber stories in drafts, I just haven't done anything with them properly, because I got it in my head that I wanted to do this thing like the old Kamen Rider OC 'events' on fanfic.net, and try and build sideways on top of what was happening in Saber. I'm probably cheating because, at present, it's a slow burn, sorry!
