It's that, but it's also an early touch of Momotaros zero percent caring about how his actions impact Ryotaro. Like, this is a story that could've kicked off with a stir-crazy Momotaros creating a problem Ryotaro has to extricate himself from, and that'd've been fine, but the show leads into that idea by having even the last story's victory be something Momotaros was being a jerk about.

It's some really fluid story construction, along with everything else about it.

Another thing is due to the Fact that Den-O is a time traveling show and kinda weird you don't really have to do too much to justify the cast being in crossovers like think of like say Kabuto/W/Fourze/Drive you'd really have to do A LOT To justify the main characters being there

I know I know but I still want to talk about the topic and convey the info. Those words there, I've seen somewhere too but not as jokes (I read it in an Ex-Aid episode comment section).

One of the problems of Ryotaro and Momotaros tag team is that, with Ryotaro being weak, Momotaros has to deal with the limitations of Ryotaro body (and Hana's abuse for that; doing the job as a Rider), which probably a clever handicap. Ryotaro of course needs treatment for his body in that condition, which yeah probably what's the scene for in this episode.

I guess Yamagoshi shows that, people who aren't doing well with money aren't always saints. They can be the one who actually do crooked stuff, not only the rich ones. Yamagoshi has been suffering from his failure and has to be reduced to a street musician with shortage of money, and he had to resort to stealing to earn more, and also asks for a bodyguard to save his own skin from the cops, which he found in possessed Ryotaro, who gains super strength if Momotaros inhabits him.

Momotaros at this episode really adds up to more of the Ryotaro's bad luck, with him possessing Ryotaro's body, his more vicious approach makes Ryotaro take the blame for the police, and him using Ryotaro's purse to buy something. Finally Ryotaro does criticize Momotaros, by not wanting to listen for someone who uses up somebody's money. Momotaros has to be kept on a leash by both Hana and Ryotaro. But of course, Momotaros is the only way for Ryotaro to pack a punch, including in Rider Form as Ryotaro would be stuck in a joke Plat Form. I guess yeah, I can't think up ways for Ryotaro and Momotaros' driving goal here. Ryotaro will help anyone in need, but he didn't reveal yet if he has a goal like even something such as wanting everyone not to suffer, or wanting to be free from his bad lucks. What's best the story got so far for Momotaros here as his goal for me here is that he wants Ryotaro to make a wish so that he'd not be stuck (he's an Imagin that got carried along with Ryotaro, but his sanjou is the same as the other MOTW Imagins, who possess a person and makes a contract for their wish, dunno what would the other Imagin do if they have completed the contract). Hana is the one with motivating force yeah currently, but it'd be spoiler to talk about it further.

Another actor for Hana? But if you talk about Momotaros deserving it, won't the one who decides if it's cruel or nagging is who Hana is putting an abuse to, instead of Hana herself? You ignore my reply before for this part: "Nosy girl" in Japanese is "Hanakuso onna", and it contains "Hana" in it. As if "Hana" is a short for "Hanakuso onna" as full name! And as others have said before, yeah, Takeru Satoh has a lot of props for pulling the different personality for Ryotaro and every Imagin that possesses him at once, and he's one of the biggest KR stars internationally. Den-O is definitely considered lacking in plot yeah, but of course for people it wouldn't matter and it's not anything bad for the series, and especially for someone like you.

Sure, but another actor could've made it too aggressive (and Hana's already plenty aggressive!), which might've made Momotaros seem too sympathetic. It's a tough line to walk, but I think she finds it.

I just want to come in here and make everyone feel uncomfortable by stating that Momo/Hana is my true Den-o ship.

They are definitely the They Hate Each Other A Little Too Much couple right now, so I can see it. They're the pairing I find most interesting now, at the very least. I don't think you're weird for shipping them!

Those two characters are my favourites in the show. I have mixed feelings overall about the show as a whole, but I can't bring myself to be mean as it has some wonderful and fun character moments, and in every episode it feels like the cast are giving it one hundred and ten per cent.

Honestly, me too.

The Phase 1 Heisei stuff... there's been a lot in there I've loved (and Faiz is probably in my Top 3 all-time), but it's all stuff I've had to force myself to watch. Or, not force maybe, but... they're series that have aesthetics and tones that are not why I started watching Kamen Rider. Approaching those pre-W shows was more about my own curiosity, or my need to feel like I'm prepared for Zi-O. (Anniversary shows aren't really that much fun unless you get the references!) I've across-the-board found things to like in them, but it's sometimes taken work.

Den-O, though? Man, this type of show is why I started watching Kamen Rider. It's so funny, and generous, and kinetic, and colorful, and loopy, and and and. I like the challenge of trying to dig into a difficult show, to find the core of it that works, but it's also nice to just watch something fun that's on your wavelength. Other shows have sometimes felt like I'm in a debate with the showrunner, sparring over tone and theme and plot; with Den-O, it's like hanging out with a friend and cracking each other up.
