I assume it'll still release before Shin Kamen Rider? Unless it's confirmed somewhere that it isn't.

I can see that work. My pick would be Jun Kaname aka Mr. Hikawa/Kamen Rider G3 himself.

It does kinda surprise me given what they were going for, yeah! Wonder how they'll slot him into the 'first 13 episodes' thing they're going for. Trying to work out if it's his original or 'new' colours they're using, it's hard to tell...

I can mayyybee see him doing the shocker rider thing early with Nigou, with maybe Takeshi snapping him out of it and then they beat the main bad guy and win.
