Saw the Hobbit at the dollar theater not that long ago, was definitely better than I was expecting considering all my friends who saw it at the time of release said it was "ok" at best, which IMO is worse than it actually being bad. Definitely cemented my belief that it didn't need to be two films, let alone three. Still cannot believe it is getting an extended edition later this year, they already had to include so much extra fluff to get it to the (already too long) run time it has now.

If you watched the production video blogs while they were out, then the bonus features are nothing special. There's some trailers, and maybe some stills, but whoever looks at those?
There are 10 video blogs, which I haven't seen before, and one 5-7 minute thing on New Zealand as Middle Earth. it's neat, but far too short and rushed.

I am a HUGE fan of the LOTR, and I really enjoyed An Unexpected Journey. I don't have any problem with it being 3 long films, and I eagerly anticipate the Extended Edition release, because I am a sucker.

Also have a package taking the slow boat from Japan with Meteor and his bike. Working on hunting down DX Gouram, Den-Bird, Kiva's bike, and of course, SHF Hard/Skull-boilders

Also, thanks to some bastard I follow on Twitter, who recently got this, I had to pick it up too. It was FAR cheaper than getting the original DX releases again. :D

What's the difference between the original DX W-Driver and the Super Best? Is it just a reissue with all the memories or are there design differences?

As far as I know the only difference is that it contains the Trigger and Metal memories that originally only came with the role play toys.

I really need that driver, but I really dont wanna pay $100+ for it

best part is though I have the candy toy Fang and Xtreme memories already, so when I get it I dont need to get more stuff

So, New Den-O and Cosmic States arrived today. Kotaro comes with a plethora of weapons (Did he ever even use the Den-Gasher?) and the most gorgeous eyes I have seen on a figuart to date. Probably gonna start collecting Den-O figuarts now.

Cosmic States is great, with all fourty switch emblems there and readable on his chest. Probably not gonna pick any more versions of Gentaro though. Just Meteor and maybe Meteor Storm and that's all I'll really need for Fourze figuarts.

New Den-O is a seriously awesome figure. For it's time one of the best Figuarts on the market and the base mold from which all current Den-O figures derive.

I've never been so jealous over something I didn't even know existed :lol

I now have all of the Shinkenger DX Mecha (sans Daigoyoh) and will be able to complete Ultimate Daibouken when my Go Go Jet gets here Tuesday! Woo hoo!

I have 3, Razorback, Prime and Wheeljack, Prime is easily the best of the 3 and I actually quite like him, I do still want a few more like Shockwave, Predaking and a few more deluxes but im so not impressed by the line at all

Yeah it cost me quite a bit due to shipping (EMS is pretty much a requirement). Tora wasn't all that cheap either. The difference in size between the BoJ and BoA is astounding. Shinken-oh versus Samurai Megazord and Daikaioh versus the Claw Megazord is a little less obvious but the difference between Samurai Ha-Oh versus the Ultrazord is immediately apparent.

EDIT: I have a question about Mandarake, I ordered from them on the 19th and still haven't recieved an invoice yet. Do they process on weekends? I selected the "cancel order if item is out of stock" thing but you think they'd send me something saying it was out of stock and cancelled if that was true.

Which store? Some are faster than others. Some are verrry slow, even to cancel.

If it's not in stock they will send you an invoice with a 0x by the item. If it's in stock it will say 1x and have shipping added to the total.

BTW if you're only ordering one thing you don't need to click the "cancel order if item out of stock" thing, that's just if you're buying, say, one thing you really want and then pad out the order to avoid the 500 yen fee. You click "cancel entire order if item is out of stock" on the one thing you really wanted so you don't get stuck buying just the item you filled out your order with.
