So I got fed up with waiting for HLJ and I just ordered AC Gaim and Baron from AmiAmi. Hopefully I'll be able to get a Ryugen and Zangetsu soon though, because I don't want to just ship the Pine/Ichigo set from HLJ.

Since im sick of being stung for customs every time i order from HLJ and CStoys im sticking to Mandarake. Really sucks being a toku fan in the UK

Still can't decide between the Sengoku driver and the AC figures, but I'm leaning heavily towards the latter.

I have TWO things (really three) left to get before Xmas, and Ryugen/AC4 are one. |

Incase anybody hadnt noticed, Amiami seem to have restocked a lot of Gaim stuff today, popped in an order for DX Sakura Hurricane and a case of candy toy lockseeds to flip at a later date.

My current plan is to get some of those Capsule lock seeds, mount them on a bistro board, and hang them in the kitchen as home decor.

Is it just me or do I now realize that the Musou saber is BoJ's answer to the PR Samurai Megablade? If it is, its one hell of a better answer then the Beast driver to the Shogun buckle..

That said, however, the Musou Saber is an okay sized sword that has a gun on it. It doesn't fold up, and I don't think it's quite as ridiculously huge as the Megablade or whatever, so to say it is akin to the Megablade like the Beast Driver vs. Shogun thingy, is a bit of a stretch. I'm still over the fence on wanting either the normal DX Sengoku Driver release or the Double pack with Lockseed Holder and Pine Lockseed though. If my local scifi store has either one of them, I'll try and have it put on hold for me with SHF KR Black Renewal and Battle Hopper for me.

I got my AC03 Kamen Rider Ryugen and AC04 Pine and Ichigo arms today from Hobby Search. They were also kind enough to include a Kamen Rider Zangetsu faceplate.
Now I have a decision to make keep the faceplate and get a Sengoku Driver, keep the faceplate and not get a Sengoku Driver or sell the faceplate |

Sadly they do not. I did order mine on the day of release, but I chose the cheapest shipping option to the UK and that is why it has taken a few weeks to get to me.

Anybody know the release dates for the next sets? Im holding off on Watermelon arms and ive given up tracking down ichigo/pine arms

Amazon Japan says next Saturday 12/7 for Mango/Kiwi. I generally check the Amazon a Japan site for release dates and they seem to always be right.

Just preordered Mango/Kiwi off of Hobbysearch. Although I wont be buying Ryugen, so I guess Gaim can get Kiwi as Baron will be getting Mango.

Personally from my experience Japan operate on a when they feel like it policy. I always use SAL, but I've had some parcels within the week which makes them faster than the UK Amazon while others have taken almost two months. It's a gamble with no real statistics to work from.
Speaking of shipping, I went to grab myself a DX AC Watermelon, only to find out that the postage will double the price of the item. And I'm sorry but I don't care if it's big, or the same price as UK Megazords or whatever else, paying over fifty pounds for a single toy is utterly ludicrous. It's a bit of moulded plastic for Christ's sake. |

I never pick SAL because it's just not cheap enough to Canada, or at least where I am. (probably doesn't help I'm not in a big city?) Plus I usually wait so long before I buy stuff already, I hate waiting.

Got AC03 and AC04 today. This is like, the best Rider gimmick figure line I've ever seen. Haven't felt this compelled to chase one like this since the OOOs Combo Change dudes. It really helps that the base bodies are so nicely done, very subtly-expressive extra degrees of range on the hip and ankle ballsocket joints that allows for nice sweepy hero stances. So pumped for the paradigm shift once I've gotten Zangetsu and Mango/Kiwi. 4 bodies + 8 fruit hats + more on the way, feels like they'll be living on my desk for months.
