Main characters are the new Amazon Neo and a girl named Iyu, the Crow Amazon, who was revived after being killed by the Amazons.

Well, they've certainly amped up the gore and craziness, with one shot of an Amazon getting it's head exploded by a kick.
Sucks that Haruka got shafted to secondary rider status when they were building him up from the 1st season.

Have to say, I like the new Driver, it's Amazons' own thing, and although the homage to, y'know, Amazon is lost, it still looks good and actually feels like it belongs in the show

Man, that trailer is pretty crazy. Especially since Kobayashi is still writing it, which I guess wasn't really in question, but it's nice to have it confirmed. And I guess it takes place 5 years later? All really exciting stuff. Looking forward to seeing how this all plays out.

Those new suits kind of remind me of the Megazord cockpit suits from recent Power Rangers seasons. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it isn't really a good thing either.

The new opening is sung by the same guy, it's called Die Set Down. I think it's a pun on Dai Setsudan, one of Amazon's finishers.

I can see him working as a chef, tbh I hope they don't outclass him in this series. I loved Jin and the idea that he was untouchable for the first half of the season, that changed when Sigma came alive.

Anyways, I'm really glad that Mizuki's back, and apparently in a much more active role this time.

Same. Also seeing Jin in that cloak make feel like he's definitely going to be a major villain this season whether he be the final villain or some sort of penultimate villian for neo and omega to deal with.

Excited to see the original cast back but man I really don't like the new Omega suit. The techy bits work on Neo because of the colourscheme, here it just looks horrible :(

At least we have conformation that Jin's coming back. I wonder if those Amazons like the elephant one will be generals like Lucky Clover or maybe just one offs.

So New Omega I think looks fine, the additional armor pieces tones down the bright green base suit making it seem more show-appropriate.


So Jin is somehow alive and still hunting Amazons, Haruka(whoever was editing the article messed up and said his name was Yu, which I assume is the kanon for Haruka) seems to have gone AWOL after the ending of last season until now. Mizuki is now part of the "Aoyama Squad".

Amazon Neo looks amazing. I love how you can see the regular Amazon head underneath the helmet, even the bug eyes!

You might be right about him being blind because is Amazon form is eyes are grey as opposed to the usual green.
