Functionally the sounds are a bit less clear, and they lack the ability to "change faces." The sounds are typically activated by a button on the back and cycle so that can mess with the noise they make when put in the driver (sounds go: rider name, rider description, driver jingle). Also the candy toy ones lack lights.

I do kinda want that 90's Rider sets. People who own Ridewatches, how fun are they without a Driver to mess about with?

Fun enough! They feel good to hold and press the button, the turning is decent; and I like the whole "*random beeping* DEN. OH." sound to it. Which is all I need in life I suppose
