Does anyone remember what the name of the General was in Turbo in the big blue armor? I remember the balloon with windows was named Porthole or something. I also don't remember what Devatox's cousin or nephew was named.

Was the nephew called Elgar? I don't really know myself, it's been many years since I watched any of Turbo

Actually, Porto. Divatox was American, while the other three were based-off the villains from Carranger. Actually, the Carranger originals survived and reformed by series end. Porto disappeared after Turbo (presumably died in an accident), Rygog was seen sparingly during In Space, and Elgar again became prominent by joining Astronema and was turned to dust (like so many others) by the Z-Wave.

What does the rest of that have to do with anything?
