Just watched 1-3 of FiM, and so far I'm really enjoying them. More than I thought I would going in. Here's what I learned: I will defend Fluttershy as I defend Moune, Candillera, and Gia. Spike is going to develop mental problems from how much abuse he takes during the course of an episode. Someone needs to get Pinkie Pie on medication. Or reduce her caffine intake, cause damn. I was really hoping Nightmare Moon would become a reoccuring villian, instead they 'cured' her straight away. Angel is the most devious rabbit I've ever seen. And I'm pretty sure Rainbow Dash likes the ladies. If you know what I mean.

Fluttershy fluctuates from 4th to 6th for personal favorite mane 6, but I still love her. Feel free to defend her because I take shots at her sometimes.

Considering how often Rarity toys with Spike, I'm pretty sure the physical abuse is nothing (Some writers write it so Rarity reciprocates the feelings, others write it so she really feels nothing towards him. Leads to a very confused baby dragon and an even more confused audience).

Pinkie lives in a bakery. That's not caffeine, that's sugar.

Yeah, it's unfortunate that Nightmare isn't reoccurring, but you'll find out that, aside from the rare action/adventure episodes, the series is mostly slice of life, so a villain like Nightmare doesn't really fit (But she is followed up on in the excellent comic series by IDW*)

You haven't even seen what Angel can do.

Almost finished season 2 of FIM I really do like twilight sparkle she and fluttershy are my top fave of the main 6 ponies. Also am I the only one that find the cutiemark crusaders annoying. And we'll the princess age is confusing due to she looks the same as she did when Granny Smith was apple bloom Age

Really? I'm not angry at Rarity being bottom 3, personal opinions and all that, but why is Pinkie Pie last? I find her charming.

Yeah, it would have been a lot better if there was a set in stone direction to take Spike and Rarity, but you'll soon find out that there obviously isn't. One episode Spike can't even stand next to her without freaking out, the next he could be riding on top of her no problem. (Was that innuendo?)

As for the Twilight thing, Spike and Twilight are like siblings, so he can take it.

The season 2 finale does kinda help break that theory, but only just barely.

And the Princesses are well over 1000 years old, but that's the only solid number we have concerning them (That being the 1000 years Nightmare was in the moon), so they're even older than that (Since Celestia was clearly an adult during that event, so we don't even know how long they spent as fillies).

Yeah, I like that episode. One reason being that it wasn't your average Christmas episode, it showed more of Equestria's history.
