I don't get the joke. Who is Date? What is 735?

735 = Kamen Rider IXA

Date Akira is Kamen Rider Birth from OOO, 735 was how Kamen Rider Ixa in Kamen Rider Kia activated Rising, and the button joke comes from Nago (Ixa) taking a button from every quarry he brought in as a bounty hunter.

753 can be read as Nago-san iirc, and that's the name of IXA.

753: When the digits are translated into Japanese numbers, "753" is pronounced "Na-go-san." Nago Keisuke is the primary user of IXA in the 2008 portion of Kamen Rider Kiva.

Someone leaked a picture of the upcoming Arms Change figures for Kamen Rider Gaim. These figures are Kamen Rider Baron Mango Arms and Kamen Rider Ryugen Kiwi Arms.

Kaito already got his Mango Lock Seed when he first entered the Helheim Forest in the show's 4th episode. It's still unknown when will Kaito transform into Baron Mango Arms. As for Micchy, it's rumored that he will transform into Ryugen Kiwi Arms in the show's 9th episode.
