I'd hazard a guess (which I don't really buy into that much even if I'd like it) that they're taking the idea of Unicron being dormant inside of/is planet Earth. Hence why throughout the ages, the Transformers race keeps gravitating towards there.

If that's Unicron: Neat. I'm glad it's not a giant space cloud.
If Prime kills Bee: Neat. That would be a big shake up.
Common sense speaking: It's a fake out move that doesn't actually happen. Bay knows what makes money, and Bee makes money, and this shock factor in the trailer will put asses in the seats.
Marky Mark: Whatev's. I'll deal.
Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon: Neat. But where's Kaiba?

Inb4 Bumble Bee defeats Unicron in a one sided attack in 5 seconds at the very last minute of the movie.

Hot Rod did that back in the 80's and no one complains about that.

That's because the Transformers to human ratio was 2 to 50, so people got to see enough robot action and then some that the climax wasn't as disappointing.

That's my biggest issue with the Transformers movie.

When I go see a movie about the Transformers, I wanna see giant robots beating each other up...not some cheesy written teen summer romance flick.

Bay's made 5 of these movies and he's still figuring the robot/human ratio. He may be the explosion king but a screen writer he's not.

That's why I stop with the live action movies after the third one. The first one felt like Even Stevens with giant robots and the next two felt like American Pie with giant robots.

Not even the trailers for TF4 made me want to go see the movie, I knew that I would hate the movie if I saw it. The live action movies for me was like "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times, shame on both of us". The best thing about these live action movies would be that they help renew my interest in the series after Transformers: Cybertron.

Gotta admit Hot Rod's new colors are amazing to look at. Could we see a Titans Return Rodimus with these colors as a Con exclusive?

That or a Leader-Class Rodimus Prime in those colors!
