well instead of a mage we could make it into a thief/ninja (not a literal one just the build) type fragile speedster instead .

as for the dinos.. since Quadro and Aqua reflect each other, we could make this one similar to Thero and use something similar to armor parts. ... maybe scarves, gauntlets and boots ..maybe one has a built in crossbow, the boots could provide more acceleration speed ..or something

I was saying the mid season upgrade should be something completely different. After aerial we'll make two more forms, mid season and final. Aerial will be one of the base four forms and should be wind/sky themed.

At the moment, we're at 16 power-ups after four forms. I think that's more than enough. I'm just not sure a separate mid-upgrade is necessary before the final. It certainly doesn't feel very streamlined to me. I want other people's consensus besides ours on this, though.

Well, IMHO the forms we've decided plus a final one are enough, but I think they should have this division if we ever write a story fo Paleo:
Thero-Main form
Quad-Power form, appears around "episode" 7
Aqua-First upgrade(like rising, dragon styles, jinber, dead heat) "episode" 17
Aero-Super form (mid-season upgrade) "episode" 23
?-Final form, "episode" 32
One thing I'd like to point out is that while I defend the fact of Aero being the super form, I don't think it should have all of the elemental powers, because then poor air element wouldn't have a proper form, while the others would. But if we end up deciding to make a different form to be the mid-season upgrade, I think the idea of an Omnivore form would work, together with it having all the elements. Even the name of the form matches perfectly with the powers (Omni means "all").

I didn't want to give the super and final forms any power ups, I just wanted them to be sole forms. We could say the final form has access to all 16 powerups. So let's do the four base forms (thero, quadro, aqua, aerial), super form, and final form. The four main elements should be four base forms.

Ech. I sort of hate the "final form has all the previous powers" cliche that's been happening in recent years.

Actually... I'm fine with Aerial being the wind attribute so long as we come up with four really good powers. I'm also warming up to the idea of having a similar parallel between Thero to Quadro, and Aerial to Aqua. Thero has armor add-ons, Quadro has weapon add-ons. Aqua has weapon add-ons again, and Aerial (or Winged) can have armor add-ons again.

Navy also came up with a decent idea for Super Form. I know we tried earlier without much luck, but if we can come up with four good omnivores, the Super Form can fill that "mage" role I was talking about. Where the four powers are greater control of the four elements established by the base forms.

I want the final form to be something more unique, though.

Okay, I'm fine with everything. I like the parallel idea. I just want to know if you're fine with Aerial having wings on different parts of the body. For example, back, arms, etc. Let's choose the dinosaurs first. I want pteranodon, tapejara, archaeopteryx, and microraptor. Pteranodon and pteractyl are the same thing pretty much except for time period, size, and location, so I'm fine if you prefer pteradactyl.

Alright, I'm fine with Pteranodon, Tapejara and Microraptor. Archaeopteryx no because it's too similar to Microraptor, the only noticeable difference being the fact that while the last has wings on the legs the first hasn't. For the fourth I'd suggest one of these: Thalassodromeus, Tupandactylus, Ornitocheirus or Quetzalcoatlus. It's not my favorite, but in favor of Tupandactylus there is to say that his name is based on a god of thunder.

Tupandactylus is kind of similar to Tapejara, though. I'm in favor of Ornitocheirus over Archaeopteryx.

Can we do archaeopteryx instead of microraptor, since it's more well known. If you want we can do tupandactylus instead of tapejara if you want since it's the same thing. For the fourth one we can go with the ornithoceirus.
