There is a few bugs in bank I was able to send a hacked LV 3 shiney Dialga that from gen 4 that went to gen 5 through to but it did let my proper arceus through

Too bad I can't even find a Sandstorm one on the GTS. I'd throw a Celebi, Jirachi, Meloetta, whatever at it. But there isn't one I can find.
