I watched the Final 3 episodes of Kamen Rider X and like all the other shows I've watched I am sad that it ended. I absolutely loved seeing Nigou, V3 and X all fighting together that was brilliant. Ichimonji is very intelligent and badass, I really want to watch the original series now. V3 is very brutal and awesome too. Some real big shockers at the end too didn't see that coming with King Dark and it was an awesome ending how X Rider took him out, definitely made up for the lack of the Ridol. Centipede Youkihi was meh, but Tiger Nero and Scorpion Geronimo Jr. were some pretty effective generals there. Overall, a really wonderful series and makes me want to watch more Showa era Rider. Also Keisuke Jin developed from a lost man to a cocky, confident, intelligent, laugh in the face of his foes badass character. Kamen Rider X is simply amazing, and I am so glad I own his figuart already.

Glad you liked it. If you want to keep the Showa train rolling there are some good options out there. V3 is a really fun show; Amazon is weird, but enjoyable; Stronger started off a little slow for me, but the later episodes are great (really hope this finishes getting subbed soon); and Black, of course, is a masterpiece.

Darkwing, like all mirror monsters, are inherantly evil. They need to consume other monsters or humans to survive, and they get beligrant if they don't.

They're moderately intelligent. They're like smart animals. They don't really had personalities like people, but are guided by the instinct of survival. Some of them are more adamant than others. Darkwing, and most monsters, constantly need to feed or else they get rowdy. That's the "contract." The riders feed them, they serve the riders. The riders don't feed them, they get to eat the riders. Dragredder is fairly docile, but even he has limits.

Some even display loyalty, or at least the capacity to hate. Then there's some like Magnugiga, who (and I'm all but certain appeared at the point you're at) doesn't care about anything. He literally does nothing. He's probably the most easy-going monster ever. I don't know if this is loyalty or apathy.

Ah right, like what happened to Scissors. I' not sure if these mirror monster details were unclear to me before, or I just don't remember,

Is that Kitaoka's? If so, then yeah, I honestly wasn't even sure if that was his monster at first. I thought it was just some kinda weapons platform power up.

Yup, Magnugiga is Zolda's. He's hyper docile. The most extreme thing he ever did was moo when he's summoned. He takes direction well, though.

The exact nature of MM's is explored over time.

I was initially let down by how lifeless Magnugiga was, but that was all swept aside when I realized that Kitaoka didn't need any other foils or anything to distract his screen presence. :p

I am thinking about Black, I've watched 6 episodes of it during my roulette of watching a few episodes and seeing what I like, so I can continue with it. I want to wait till Stronger is finished because I don't want to wait for the episodes lol. V3 and Amazon I might sometime soon, I really want to see Riderman.

Is it terrible that I keep trying, and failing miserably, to do Hibiki's salute? Hahaha.

Up to episode 23, nothing too big to talk about, though it was pretty cool in the episodes prior seeing a pair of douji and hime working together and the fusion of the makamou.

Got up to Leangle's debut in Blade. I don't know whether it's the cylindrical head or the horrible green/gold mix, but I'm not a fan of that suit at all.
