Unless things have suddenly changed, Bluefin aren't touching the Pokemon figures so there is no North American release.

Oh god the Play Arts Kai prices were ridiculous even when the Bleach figures were first released. The other releases from Bleach in Play Arts Kai were Hitsugaya & Rukia.
