the lack of action disappoint me. Them inserting a few seconds of the Movie MMPR theme when the zords rolled out surprised me xD

I wouldn't say that it's necesary, but I think it would be an interesting way to show Rita's control over Tommy. She has a thing for gold, so it would kinda be like her putting a big gold control collar over her Ranger.

I don't believe that China will save this movie like many think.

China loves over the top movie spectacle with insane ammounts of CGI and CGI action sequences. That's why the Transformers movies and Pacific Rim did so good. Warcraft is pretty much 90% CGI weirdness. Plus China REALLY loves giant robots.

This movies has like what 45 seconds total zord actions, that is really bland and unexciting, and a single morphed action scene, while there's a full hour and 30 minutes of nothing but humans talking and talking and talking.

I'm fairly certain that word of mouth will kill it in China and they'll go "eh I'll wait for the Transformers" movie.

45 seconds of zord action? The entire climax is zord action. There's more time of the zords fighting than suit action.

I have to agree with matrix the hole third act was morphed and fighting scene

they cut the scene before they are fully suited up...

the zord action was basically shooting at smaller mooks all the time while protecting the base. Megazord action was sooo meh.
I thought we would actually see them fight Rita when morphed...but no. They freaking flicked her away.

Unlikely. The movie needs to make at least 70 million in japan to reach the 200 million mark.
