The series isn't even out yet and Geats has ALREADY become my favorite Reiwa Rider design, tied with Buster.

It turns out the gun used by Geats Water (oh I get it, it's a water gun), is actually the Build: Fire Hedgehog's arm cannon:

Tbh it would be sort of cute to me if all the auxiliary forms reused old pieces, just kind of as a fun little thing (sort of like how the Mirai Riders are all kitbashes), but for now there's no way to know I guess

Also, friend of mine pointed out the three auxilary buckles so far feel like Ex-Aid references? Hammer for Ex-Aid, Water Rifle for Snipe, and Bow for Lazer... Wonder if that's a total coincidence lol

I'm sure the sword / swordsman will also appear in the show. Still, not all fans of shootings, and when was the last time we had a rider without edged weapons?

If I'm remembering correctly, the first major scans for 01 and Saber featured other riders. (AIMS duo for 01 and Blades for Saber) And yet, Geats is here alone, depsite the fact we're already aware of the fact of tons of Riders are coming, from both leaks and official teasing! What's going on.....?

Theory time!

1) As we already theorized, and given by Entry Form's continued prominence in the info we're getting, everyone starts off doing their best in challenges using Entry Form and whatever "low-level" Buckles they can find. (Water, Hammer, etc) We *will* meet multiple Riders early on(I'm confident we'll at least meet our Secondary and mayyyyybe our Tertiary in the first month of episodes), but Geats is the first one whom obtains a "high-level/signature" set, with Magnum/Boost. I doubt they want to advertise main Riders without their "signature" set of Buckles, so we're not getting any visuals of them juuuuuust yet.

2) Literally taking a page out of Fornite's book and the Grand Prix literally allows everyone to pick where they start off. Geats, for whatever reason, manages to pick a spot that fairly isolated from the rest of the contestants, so the first month of episodes is purely Geats focused as he just goes head-to-head with the Jamato while making his way toward a more populated area. (Far less confident in this theory, but whatever)

Okay so the two semi-circles on the belt are actually little screens that change based on the buckle attached.

The buckles look like your typical Bandai gimmick rails and there's a clear one right on the front of the gun.

It does give me Fourze astro-switch vibes and I wonder if there will be any electronics in the buckles or if everything will be in the belt. If its the later, it's going to be really easy to spoil the upcoming forms.

Oh I also think the Buckles will be universal powerups that anyone can pick up like a video game power-up.

I already love the belt and gimmicks.

Also, it appears the lighting messed with us into thinking Geats was orange. Not that I mind, since I actually do think the red looks better in his case.

I have an idea; Maybe the DGP will have multiple "Rounds" in the beginning (first arc) where whoever won the most points gets a buckle as the prize. Depending on the Rider's performance or amount of points, they can either win a "regular" buckle or a buckle tied to their set.
