Geomancy sharply raises speed, special attack, and special defense. When a stat is raised sharply (+2), that means it's doubled, meaning you'd need a Sonic on crack to outspeed him :p

+1 = x1.5
+2 = x2
+3 = x2.5
+4 = x3
+5 = x3.5
+6 = x4

I would have almost beat a team of legendaries -2 +Meowstic if the Xerneas hadn't used Geomancy.
