That's good to find out about Proto-Drive being voiced by Chase's actor, I really hope that he is.

Maybe Mashing Chaser is like a clone of Proto-Drive or something. Idk

Then again, the identity of White Wizard similarly felt far too obvious and turned out to be exactly what we expected. Sure it's a different writer, but sometimes Kamen Rider's twists are just blatantly clear.

Either this or chaser is proto drive that has amnesia and thinks he's a roimude but is in actuality a human.

Go to Over-Time, there's also RAW for TV-kun Special DVD (which is kinda somewhat sequel of episode 0). Subs are expected to release in a few days, just looking at how fast they release subs for each TV episode.

Just got my Break gunner today on a hunch I tried type speed and type wild and the Gunner reads both as DRIVE SYSTEM and then gives a sound effect that 'could' be error sound but then when fired the gunner has a unique sound that only seems to be for the form type shift cars... Makes me wonder if Chaser will have multi-modes through the use of the shift cars. Keep in mind both type spped and wild have the same effect so the gunner reads both the same.

It's also an error-noise, although a different one. The Gunner can't read nor use the new body Shift Cars since they were made after Proto-Drive, and Chaser can only use Shift Cars that used this "old" technology. It would be cool though, if they ever release the black Type Speed that Proto-Drive used, that this one actually can be read and used with the Break Gunner.

But hey, maybe Proto-Drive will come back one day, maybe Chase get's his hand on his old Shift Car and he uses it after realizing who he is. It would be cool if they develop Chase's character to that end that he struggles with himself, but ultimately chooses his own path and becomes Proto-Drive once more to fight alongside Shinnosuke in the finale or something. I would dig it.

It would be cool to see him as proto drive alongside shinnosuke but like wouldn't he need Mr Belt aswell? It would be cool if shinnosuke was out of commission for a few episodes so chase could become proto drive again.
