I think this for the Genm/Thouser type character.

I would like Takahashi to show that he can write different and do Geats without such a character. Or at least spend less time on hysterical evil rich man, who in the end will improve, but not completely.

Yeah, much as I like Kuroto and Gai, I don't think we need another character in that vein. Unless it's part of the President's Trilogy.

Granted given how simplistic the ID Noises are when it comes to inserting Entry Chips, it would not surprise me if we just had jobber Riders just for introducing the toys before they got passed along to their "signature" Rider.

The ID core belongs to a Rider named Kamen Rider Buffa(?, バッファ) so yeah, Buffalo theming confirmed. We don't have any idea whether theyre the Secondary or a Scissors-type character that'll be mowed down early to raise stakes, lol.

Buffer is probably not the secondary. I guess that's the "real" antagonistic (at first) rider of the first half just like Genm was, somehow.
He appeared before the secondary or even tertiary, but he was not "de facto" the secondary (actually Genm even appeared in Ghost at first right ?)

Yeah Genm showed up twice in Ghost in like the final two episodes as a cameo with his second appearance in the last episode also being Ex-Aid's cameo.
