They WILL all come together as one package, as you ordered them all at the same time.

From my experience, for multiple figures in a single order, the total amount will be due before the first figure is released and the entire order will not ship until the last one is released.

It's usually just a matter of emailing them. I'd let them know you're going to reorder individually in the message, too, so they don't count it against you. I don't know what they consider too many cancellations, but it doesn't hurt to play it safe, methinks.

I sent a support ticket explaining the situation and asking if I could either have the order cancelled so I could re-order or if there was a way to have my orders split up. Though I'm sure the former would be easier for them. Hopefully things will work out.

I'm just glad I caught this now and not like May when Shin is supposed to be released.

Oh man I forgot about Shin, reckon they'd let me tack him onto my other order so I can just get all of my figures together? Or do you think it'd be best avoid that for fear of getting like a thirty quid customs charge on top of a 150 quid order :lol

Yeah, I tried to get an order split. If they do you like they did me, they'll tell you to just cancel and reorder. Good luck, though. Maybe they've updated their policies since then.

Actually might just order Shin with Monster Arts Predator and Alien (can we talk about that in here?) what it costs me more in shipping, it might save more more in not trying to get seven figures through customs at the same time :lol
