Nope. Its from a Lord of The Rings two pack. Its a Two Towers set that included the horse and Aragorn.

Messing around with camera settings and some photoshoppery, still not quite the photographer I want to be with figures but I think I'm getting there! Really liked how the small set came out, didn't really have enough base connections to make it go high enough haha.

Hey, I'm new here! Watched a lot of Power Rangers as a kid, but Kamen Rider was what brought me along. I bought my first Figuarts of Kamen Rider 1 (original version) at Disney World on a whim, and then spent that night researching him to find out what I had bought.

Finding out that I had gotten the original Rider somehow sparked some sorta "thing" in me, and now I'm kinda obsessed! I haven't watched through any complete series yet, but I've hit a lot of episodes from various shows through the years.

I haven't started REALLY taking pictures yet, but I've got a few things!

I love power suits, and this is a regular human in a Rider suit - and he's a cop! Something about this just hits all the right places with me. And speaking of that:

I LOVE this guy! By just looks alone and then as possibly one of my favorite Riders from what I've read about him (and what I've seen of the show so far). I love the ideas behind his story and the whole "Five Hands" thing (though swapping them out worries me constantly).

He's tied with this guy, though. I love this look even more, and his transformation and backstory are cool. I also love the Ridol multi-weapon.

I've gotten a few more recently, though those are my first few guys that started this whole avalanche of interest in Kamen Rider.

Alexx where are your backgrounds from they're really cool, especially the one with the prison door. With the right lighting it'll look like a proper shocker underground base!

That's the Masters of the Universe Classics Castle Grayskull! Big 'ol expensive background, though one I absolutely love. It's probably gona be my background for anything over 5 inches, honestly. Gets good lighting and makes the figures pop!

Heh, I actually bought that SIC Rider expecting it to be the same size as Figuarts. Every review I looked up had no size comparison with other figures, so I just...assumed. I seriously don't care though, because it's like he jumped out of the cover of a heavy metal album and is ready to tear up anything and everything in his path.

Anyway, I'm SO glad you mentioned it looks like a Shocker base! Now I don't feel as silly using Grayskull as a backdrop for these when I eventually review them.

So...I googled that playset and....well I found one for like £450 and I cried. I really want to build my own sets but I'm stupidly inept at crafts.

It is expensive! They still have it at the source, Mattycollector, but it's 300 and I hear international shipping is ridiculous. I got it for 250, but only because I preordered it when they were trying to get it built.

...there was also a LOT of controversy around it because it was supposed to be slightly bigger, or was supposed to have certain accessories that were cut later, blahblahblah. Doesn't matter.

I feel your pain with wanting to build some dioramas backgrounds. I've seen some wonderful work, but I have no sculpting ability, much less the ability to paint something believably. In the mean time, I've got that castle, and a ton of cardboard backgrounds scavenged from various toys.

I went to an anime convention (ACEN) last month and found this little guy (along with a Giam of the same series for a friend of mine). He was the only one left, and luckily I snagged him! I set him up in the window of the car on the ride home and snapped a pic.

Those two go hand in hand.

I'm having some problems with focusing because seeing the focus through a viewfinder is pretttty hard especially when it has to be so precise with this lens, W especially when you're doing that focusing at night lol.

But I found out that the settings I was using for that blade photo look SPECTACULAR at night, like holy crap so I busted out Shin and tried to make something a bit more atmospheric.
