They look pretty cool, the all-black design is strangely appealing.

I'm actually not a fan. If the all blacks were a variant, then I'd probably like them, but it seems the all black is the only option aside from the glow in the dark Vinyl and Derpy.

It does feel weird for them to start with variants, but Funko's character selection in their MLP line has always been weird as heck.

Hopefully they'll release normal ones later on.

MMMystery on the Friendship express was excellent, a lot of fun and great foreshadowing.

Funko seems to adamantly avoid making a Rarity, and as a result, I'm still not buying their figures...

And MMMMystery on the Friendship Express was a fun episode. I loved seeing Joe again.

So I'm officially done with Season 2, and as I mentioned before I haven't wwatched any episode of season 3 all that I know about it it's that Twilight becomes a princess... somehow.

A Canterlot Wedding was an excellent season finale, it would have been more awesome if at any point in the show Twilight had mentioned Shining Armor though, but other than that it was a very fun and heartwarming episode, and I liked all the new characters introduced in it.
Loved that they didn't use the elements of harmony this time.
Overall one of my favorite episodes of the show, heck they could have marketed it as a movie, I loved it.

A Canterlot Wedding is easily one of my favorite episodes. It's just so much fun, and all the new characters were likable and I absolutely adored Chrysalis (Then the comics came along and made me love her even more). I liked that her plan was multi-layered and wasn't just "Be evil."

Heck yeah! More Chrysalis! 13 more episodes and I can dive into the comics.

While I felt that Cadence being replaced was far too obvious (I admit I had some doubts near the end of part 1 :p) I overall really liked her plan, it was very well thought out and quite effective, the heroes actually had to struggle to win instead of relying on cheap jewelry.

Cadence and Shining Armor are great too, both as a couple and as inidividuals.

As nice as that wouldn't been I do have one point in defense of Shining Armor not being mentioned until that point. Being a sibling myself I know all too well that in normal social conditions I don't normally talk about my brother and sister with my friends. I would go on but Rookiewompus said it much better in her video about that matter than I ever could so I'll just link you to that below.

I have two sisters so I get the part about not mentioning them often, but it would have been nice to see him cameo in the flashback in The Cutie Mark Chronicles or at least at some point.

If Optimus Prime got a cameo in the comics Shining Armor could have appeared in the background of the show too. :p

Yeah, but he probably didn't even exist until the tail end of writing the season. :lol

I know, I know, had they invented him before there would have been many good episodes for him to be mentioned.

The Crystal Empire was a letdown compared to A Canterlot Wedding, King Sombra was a generic badguy, and it smply felt generic, liked how Spike saved the day though. And more Cadence and Shining Armor is great too.

So let's talk wedding rings, I noticed they weren't using them in this episode, and it lead me to question something, where the heck earth ponies and pegasi keep theirs?

It's not that noticeable in the first two or three episodes after the premiere but later on jesus these episodes range from boring to painful.

Eh, that's debatable. I personally enjoyed season three, but to each his own I guess. :lol

Don't believe a damn think Klonoa says because he's so rabidly butthurt over Season 3 it's painful to watch him bitch over it.
From a writing standpoint, Season 3 is far, far stronger than S1, which was all over the place while making up and changing the rules of the universe from episode to episode.
The episodes were stronger and the characters grew.

Honestly, the only episode I consider weak in S3 is "Spike at your Service." While I may not be a fan of "Magical Mystery Cure," the episode itself is decent, if rushed.
