Is there any toku-style anime that shows heroes transforming into their armor? Like Ronin Warriors & Guyver?

There is one on right now.... it's not very good though.

One series not mentioned...mostly because most people wanna forget about it...is Excel Saga. While Toku isn't necessarily the emphasis, it definitely pokes fun at the genre at moments throughout the series. And then there's the Magical Girl follow-up parody, Puni Puni Poemy.

Detonator Orgun looks similar to Tekkaman Blade, but pre-dates it by nearly one year. Apocalypse Zero is a very strange anime. Not a title that is safe for work.

what bout the western anime dice aka dinobreaker in japan.

If we want to count non Japanese animated shows, Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go! seems to be inspire by Super Sentai/Power Rangers. I see people say that Ben 10 is inspire by Toku. However I only a couple episodes of the show a long time ago.

the westerned cartoon Skysurfer Strike Force is pretty much henshin heroes.

Could have been awesome if Hikaruon were produce by Toei.
