This seems like kind of a plot hole to me, like if soemone else found an orange lockseed, would they look just like Gaim? Because it seems even if Gaim uses someone elses first, he still has the Gaim base suit. Is that base suit tied to the PERSON, not the Lockseed? That could explain why Baron still has the same base, its because he "fused" with one of the earlier warring drivers that could only be partnered with one person.

The base suits are unique to the riders, not the lock seeds. I don't understand how there's still debate over that, that's HOW Arms Change works.

Baron will always look like Baron. Even if they gave him a new base suit, it would still look slightly different just like Zangetsu did. But they didn't have time for that.

Regardless it's still not a plothole. Kurokages notwithstanding, given they're designed to be generics, all the drivers give the riders unique looks. The Lock Seed has nothing to do with it. (Even Kachidoki and Jinba merely add to the base suit, though Jinba is just new colour to the helmet)

For that matter, why hasnt anyone else EVER found an orange lockseed? Are they just not common? You'd think others would want them since it seems so powerful.

So Kaito and Takatora's Genesis Drivers were specifically designed by Ryoma to give them base forms that look like the ones in their Sengoku Drivers?

Not really. Most riders seem to prefer the ones they have, with all but Gridon's and Knuckle's having equal power levels. They have bigger things to worry about than collecting lock seeds.

Higher level Lock Seeds are more rare. Kaito found a bunch of sunflower and pinecones before getting excited over finding Mango. We know multiples exist, as the DJ had them. But the higher level ones are deffinitely uncommon.

Kachidoki is one of a kind, though, and energy lockseeds are actually manufactured.
