Episode 78 Black Shocker (used to be Ghost Shocker), an alliance of all previous Shocker forces formed.
Episode 85 Rider 1 dies and introduction of Rider 3.
Episode 87 upgraded Rider 1 returns and double Rider with Rider 3.
Episode 91 return of Rider 2 and triple Rider with the other 2. Also new season starts.
2 plans for the role of Rider 3. 1) Taki will become Rider 3 and take over during Hongo's absence, and 2) Rider 3 will be a cyborg remote controlled by Rider 1 and 2.

Due to the fact that the design of Rider 3 was too similar to the other 2 and kids may have enough of it, ideas dropped.

Nice spot! Going by the similar clasps round his wrists w/ attached chains; I guess that means he escapes from Shocker imprisonment? But then, is that a Shocker emblem on the belt, also?

Lol I just realised he has chains in his arms. Bit sad it couldn't be Taki but he became skull rider in the manga so is cool. I hope they get an older actor to play him, it would be weird if he looked as young as shinnosuke considering he drives the seventies.
