I got EXTREMELY lucky in that everything I'd bid on went uncontested. No one fought me on anything other than Daizyujin which was only bid up by an additional $15. I did very well with these auctions. If I'd known it was going to be that easy I'd have gone ahead and placed bids for many more things as well.
