He is nice, but the stupid price makes him worthless to me. It isn't like he's some niche character who has only, and is only, ever gonna get made by Figma. There are lots of other options which are just as worthwhile and not painful.

If you want some cannon fodder for Samus, might I suggest the Lego Space Swarmer? I forget the name of the enemy, but the set looks really close to one of the Metroid enemies.

Amiami, Hobbysearch or HLJ are all solid bets. The good thing about Figma is they don't sell out in minutes like Figuarts do.

Really? I've not been keeping tabs since securing my order for Eren (and not really wanting Levi). Guess I just assumed since the first Mikasa listing never reopened that the others hadn't. But then that might have been because of the planned reissue now that I think about it...

Yeah, although my Mikasa is the reissue and Eren some sort of "second shipment". I'm hesitant to call it a reissue because it's apparently coming a month after the first release, which strikes me as a bit odd.

There were all those rumours of problems with the AoT figmas which could explain the weird release system, but if not and its simply down to popularity I guess Ryuko will receive exactly the same treatment. GSC are much better than Bandai at giving people plenty of opportunity to preorder.

I've got a quick question, has anyone here collected Madoka Magica Figma's and if they have are they good figures?

Medicom has just released pics of the prototype for it's Ultimate Madoka and if I got it I'd love to be able to display it with smaller figures of all the girls standing underneath her. Like they are all being protected by her. :D

Some of detailing (like the bows and such) on the costumes can be a little fragile, but other than that they're all fantastic figures.

I'm glad to hear that. I've been eyeing the RAH Madoka figures but they are so expensive I couldn't justify getting them all but at the same time if I got one I knew I'd want them all XP. I've heard mixed things about figma so I wanted to make sure they would be a good cheaper alternative.

I'm used to dealing/fixing little fragile details with my Medicom's so small fragile details like that won't but me at all :)
