Except...Decade wasn't ruthless. He ACTED cold and aloof, but in crunch time, he pretty much always revealed a heart of gold, so to speak.

Yeah, to protect someone he would have a heart of gold. But who is he protecting in this fight?

Tsukasa isn't a killer, regardless of what that stupid movie tried to say otherwise.
Hell, that's the entire reason why the Rider War started! Tsukasa's refusal to kill the AU Riders and help them instead, starting the world mergers and setting off the Rider War.

Eiji isn't a killer either, the difference is Eiji can easily lose control to the Purple medals the moment a battle starts going south for him, removing his inhibitions.
Decade Violent Emotion has no explanation and it's not an actual form, and Tsukasa loses it anyway once he's resurrected.

I never said he was a killer....I don't think.

Another thing I was taking into account is that while OOO's can change into all the forms, once he does he is usually physically drained after he does that. Unless we are counting just his appearance in MegaMax, when they just happened to leave that part out and he could change whenever the hell he felt like it.

That's because at that point he found his desire, which is what the core medals are powered by. The reason why he kept getting drained early on in the series was because of his lack of desire

Actually, by the halfway point (Around the time he gets the purple medals), he can form swap like crazy without it taxing his body.
In fact, many filler fights (Random fights against Yummies that have no bearing on the plot) in the later episodes would have him swap combos like crazy (Not Gokaiger transformation spam crazy, but still pretty quick compared to earlier episodes).

True. The combo fatigue thing is one of those little plot points that got thrown out/forgotten about down the road. (Much like having to enter and exit Mirror World from the same place in Ryuki :lol)

Personally I just saw it as Eiji getting used to it. After all, once you work out at a certain intensity for awhile, you get used to the strain.

I voted for OOO too. Eiji can counter the bulk of Decade's powers but overall it will be a close match. While Decade has better stamima overall OOO has more options overall plus he can change out a "damaged" part for a fresh one. The last reason may be childish and biased but I like Riders that are nice. It's hard for me to root for a man dubbed "The Destoyer of Worlds".

Diend is a sneaky one. I think he could pull this off.

First off, G3-x has the best design, but I don't actually know enough about him to vote for him.

So my vote is for Diend. If I'm remembering Decade right then he can summon other secondary riders, so he could technically summon Drake to fight Drake or a bunch of the riders from kabuto to counter Drakes clock up. Plus it would mean he could easily outnumber G3-X.

And Diend complete's finisher is awesome =]

G3/X is my favorite of the 3 so I gotta go with him. Simply based on his experience, skill, and tactics I think he could win. Yes Drake has clock-up and Diend has Complete Form but still G3 was a badass in Agito and I still think he is now as well.

Diend would just cloak himself, wait for Drake to Clock Up and take out GX-3. Poor GX is just outclassed by firepower and super powers. Drake would first go toe to toe, then cast off, clock up, and start to take out GX's armor, then Clock over and Rider Shoot. At that time Diend would drop out of cloak, probably use the Trinity Blast (summons Drake and Delta) and hit him with his own Rider Shoot, Delta kick and his own finisher. And just in case, he would probably have also summoned kamen rider Caucasus (he has shown to have no limits in summoning) just in case Drake attempted to clock up again.

Before anyone thinks I'm gonna go on a Kabuto rant, hear me out for a bit.

Based on Diend's typical actions and personality, if he's winning a fight but there's nothing for him to gain, he will say something condescending, use Invisible, and run. Maybe summon another rider to distract his opponent.
If he's losing, he'll just cut and run, making liberal use of Invisible's apparent ability to teleport him or something.
Diend's Rider copies are inferior versions to the originals and can be taken out easily, especially for a Rider with Clock Up.

In this fight, there is no arguing that Diend is the strongest. However, you must remember who's fighting. While Drake was never gung-ho for fighting, he would still fight. Diend would only fight if it's in his interest or if it'll mess with Tsukasa's head.
While it could be argued that Diend would fight for the Drake Grip, the Zectors are sentient, so Diend could never use it or get anything for it (And I don't think Diend would really want Drake's make-up collection).

G3-X. He punched God in the face.

Wow! DiEnd and Drake are tied!

Exactly. G3-X all the way. Watch Agito, anyone who hasn't, watch it. I know that Diend has raw power and basically unlimited access to resources and that Drake has clock up but I've just gotta go with Hikawa.

I guess DiEnd would be able to win considering he can summon a number of Riders who can Clock Up, but like some people said, he'd probably just up and leave. So Drake gets my vote.

DiEnd apparently came back and shot both, he proceeds onto the Tournament!

• Weakness- Can be incapacitated if his Advent Deck is taken, can only exist in the real world for a short while before his body starts to disintegrate.

Orga

• Full Metal Lung: The chest armor of the Rider provides the most protection, being able to withstand light Anti-tank weaponry.
• Orga Core: In the center of the Full Metal Lung is a large glowing red dome. This is the primary reservoir of Photon Blood.
• Photon Blood: A glowing substance that provides all of the Rider’s powers and generates all of the physical features of the armor. The Photon Blood is generated from the Orga Driver. Orga produces even more Photon Blood than Psyga.
• Omega Streams: The path that the Photon Blood travels through the Rider’s armor. In Orga, this path is gold.
• Photon Terminals: Where the Photon Streams connect with the gauntlets and greaves.
• Sol Foam/Metal: Soft parts of the armor are made of Sol Foam, and the hard parts are made of Sol Metal. This substance is generated by the Orga Driver to form complex machinery that is powered by Photon Blood. If the Foam or Metal are damaged, the armor switches off and resets itself
• Crystal Scope: The large eyepieces of the Rider give them incredible vision. They can see in darkness with no problems and have a limited amount of x-ray vision.
• Orga Mission Memory: A small metallic card key with the Orga symbol on it. When this device is inserted into certain parts of the Orga Gear, it turns them into powerful weaponry, also allowing the weapon to “EXCEED CHARGE” after pressing enter on the Orga Phone.
• SB-000B Orga Driver: An ornate belt that generates the photon streams for the Kamen Rider armor. If the belt is removed, the armor disappears. The belt straps of the Orga Gear were made of leather rather than metal; a leather holster was strapped onto its right side.
• SB-000S Orga Stlanzer: Dubbed The Sword of Hades. By plugging the Orga Mission Memory into the sword, then touching [ENTER] on the phone, the sword can EXCEED CHARGE and create a powerful attack. The attack itself, dubbed Orga Slash, has the weapon extend a photon blade which can either counterattack or capture a target before destroying it. Apparently, the Orga Stlanzer also has a gun mode and has been theorized that, in a way similar to the Delta Blaster, it can EXCEED CHARGE to perform Orga's Rider Kick, the Emperor Smash.
• SB-00P Orga Phone: This trans-generator, shaped like a phone, is the control unit of the Orga Gear and the primary storage place for the Orga Mission Memory. The Orga Phone's design was based on the Faiz Phone design. It is assumed to be capable of functioning as a normal phone as well. The Orga was programmed with high-pitched touch tones and a command voice similar to that of the Kaixa Phone.
• Can assume Orphnch Form
• Weakness-As an Orphnch, he can be killed by a rider finisher.

Glaive:

• Utilizes the Mighty Gravity Card, which gives his Glaive Rouser power equivalent to Blade’s lightning slash
• Can create an army of AlbiRoaches
• Can turn into the Albino Joker
• Can control Jashin 14 using his Vanity Card
• Weakness- As a kaijin, he is susceptible to being killed of if hit by a rider finisher

Kabuki:

• Transforms via the Henshin Onsa Onkaku, which can assume a sword form called Meito Onsaken
• Wields an Ongekiko and Ongekibo Ressui drumsticks, allowing him to destroy others with the power of music
• Weakness- Has a limited arsenal.

Caucasus:

• Caucasus Zecter can attack for him
• Can utilize Clock Up, allowing him to move faster than the eyes can see
• Can utilize the Hyper Zecter, and freely control time
• Carries around a blue rose...yeah, not sure how that's a power but oh well.
• Weakness- Can be incapacitated if Zecter is rendered immobile, preventing him from transforming.

Arc:

• Can shoot a light bullet from his forehead
• Largest of these riders, at 3.2M tall
• Wields Arc Trident as his main weapon
• Can assume Legend Arc Form, gaining the ability to fly and create the Ultima Black Hole to perform the Ultima Dead End Finisher
• Weakness- Without the moon, Arc can’t assume Legend Arc Form, requires Arc Kivat to henshin.

Skull:

• Can release a giant energy skull from his chest that stuns the opponent and knocks them back before rising into the air. Skull then puts the Skull Memory into the Maximum Slot, jumps up, and does a roundhouse Rider Kick, which propels the energy skull toward the opponent, whom it bites down on.
• Wields the Skull Magnum, a firearm that can release multiple shots via the Skull Punisher Finisher.
• Rider Kick is called the Skull Banisher.
• Can use the Stag Phone for support
• Rider Machine is the SkullBoilder
• Can fight back against powerful Dopants, such as Terror, without succumbing to their abilities (excluding the Spider Dopant’s, however, he wasn’t in Rider form at the time)
• Can summon the SkullGarry, a tank/garage that houses the SkullBoilder
• Weakness- Due to the Spider Dopant’s “curse,” Skull can’t come close to his daughter or they will die.

Can I be blunt? I don't know any of these guys. But I voted for Arc just because of how absolutely badass he looks. Makes me really want to watch Kiva after I finish Den-O.

They're all movie exclusive Riders that also appear on DiEnd's complete form, and can be summoned by him using his Gekijouban card. Hence why I decided to put them in

The fanboy in me wants to say Skull.
The logical choice is Caucasus.
But I really like Ryuga.
And Orga's design is so cool.

...I...I don't know who to pick.

Also, no mention of Caucasus's blue rose? For shame. :P
