Today: Legacy Morpher (yeah!) Cyberverse Predaking, Optimus, Smokescreen, Airachnid and Kreo Bruticus and Predaking! Nice haul if I do say so myself! :D Also got my payment request from HLJ for the GabuCannon and Jyudenchi Set #1 this morning! YAY!

I have so much stuff coming right now, it's ridiculous. But none of it's here yet. :(

I also found the Cyberverse Sinnertwin homage, but the arbitrary price raise my Kmart imposed has it at $10, so I really couldn't bite on both Predaking and him.

so let me break my purchases today into a story.
I'm out and about today away from my normal area....and decide to call the local TRU up.

ME: Yes I've got an SKN number I want to see if you have?
REP: Whats the number?
ME: 55048...REP: The Legacy Morpher? We don't have it, Pontiac has 4 and Grand Rapids has 3, I just called Pontiac and had them set one aside. (she doesn't skip a beat)

Get to the store and sure enough there's a few already piled up at the customer service desk with 2 still on the shelves.....yeah, this puppy is gonna move! Sadly the Buy 1 get 1 1/2 off had ended or I would have grabbed an extra for the good fellows here.

got my gosei morpher today! loving it, and went and got 3 more packs, so far only have boughten 6 packs, here are my rares (two ultra rares too! go them both today)

Haven't really seen the reviews on it yet, but is the legacy morpher, more or less, just the original re-released? I know it's got die-cast parts, but beyond that it's all the same mold and sound?

It's not 1:1 scale, because the scale on the show was the original plastic Power Morpher/Dyno Buckler. It's 5% larger than the original. The plates, handle and coins are total die-cast. The "Z" on the back is embossed plastic and when you push it, that's how you remove the coin. When you turn it on, it makes the communicator beep, and when you press the button to morph, it makes the actual morphing sound, but keep holding it down and it plays the entire riff. Lastly (the kicker for me) is the lights go in a sequence that's not symeterical. Think Simon. There's a pattern, but it's quite random as a pattern.

Went to target today, and because of the Poorly Trained Monkeys that work there Connor and Alex each got the Megaforce Blasters, and Alex got Robo-Knight's Morpher, For $5.53 each!!

They marked them down on Clearance with the Samurai stuff, so for Roughly what I would've paid for one I got all three!

Well this makes no sense. I ordered a GokaiYellow from Mandrake the other night, her shipping was 1300Y. I just ordered a GokaiBlue from them and shipping is 1800Y. WTF?

Was it from the same store? That's the only explanation I can think of.

Usually it has to do with buying it from a different store location. Some of them do charge more than the others. Especially Complex and Saporro. Plus dude, it's just 500 yen, the exchange rate the way it is right now it's only like $6 more. For all we know they could have had to spend more money on packing supplies than anticipated for your package.

I don't see how that would be a factor, unless Yellow didn't come with the Darin(I don't think the boxes for the males are any bigger than the female's, certainly not 500 yen bigger).

And like the total flop I am, those are the only pieces of goseiger mecha I own so far. :o

Dude that's totally backwards. The boxes for Pink & Yellow are double the size of the others because they both come with Darins. Blue/Red/Green come with Darins separately but the small separate boxes the Darins come in for those 3 don't make up all the space that the girls' double sized boxes do.

And I know Dr. Kain already has the blue darin because he got it earlier in the week. So that can't be the problem anyway :lol

Thanks for clearing that up. I knew Pink and Yellow's Darins were released, but I didn't know they came in the same boxes as the figures...

Since the girls were web exclusives they included them in the boxes. No need to make it a first run bonus when there will only ever be one run of the figures. The boys, minus Silver :(, had their darins included as separate first run bonuses in their own plain boxes. So the boys have standard sized figuarts boxes.

This is the haul from Yahoo! Japan I got that I ended up paying about 70 bucks without EMS shipping cost: A complete Goseiger Mecha set, minus the Exotick Brothers (yawn) and the Gosei Ultimate (double yawn) though I did get a Gosei Ultimate, just missing the arms and the golden headders.

Very recently, I got back into TMNT, waking my childhood :) When I was younger, I only had the 4 Turtles, Road Ready Splinter and a Mutatin' Shredder. I never had other badguys, the Sewer or the Technodrome. Everything is 100% complete except for the Sewer, it's missing the spiked ball and the fire hydrant cover. Not too big of a loss.
