Nope. It's ModViolet, and here's why (in my opinion): When OOO made ModViolet, he made pretty much every design decision I would make, just in purple, instead of red.

Weapon: ModCross. A Bowgun-like weapon, the ModCross is unique as it can circle through various forms of ammo. Pulling on the lever once fires high pressurized Air Bullets. Pulling twice rapid-fires bullets. Pulling it three times shoots lasers. When ModNavy uses his finisher, all three forms of ammo are fired out!
