I can understand why people had issue with it, but that's not quite what I was getting at. It just seemed that people completely abhorred The Batman.

Anyway, Batgirl was introduced in Season 3? Huh. I thought she was Season 2...

In a way, it almost seems like The Batman became the prototype for Brave and the Bold huh?

thats what i felt like when i watch brave and the bold it never had a proper begin episode it just sunddely throw random group of characters teaming up with batman and i read that BAB was a continuation of the BAtman dunno how.

I love the Looney Tunes Show. I'm always baffled that it receives the levels of hate it does.

I remember a lot of its fans went off it when Batgirl came along because all the development with Yin from the first 2 seasons amounted to nothing because they essentially replaced her with Commissioner Gordon.

It did feel that Yin kind of just stood around as the series went on and on.

I like how Pacman and the Ghostly adventures is pretty much infested with voice actors i recognize. Still it feels to me like cartoons can't be successful without at least one MLP actor, seriously besides Tara Strong who was on everything imaginable before MLP everybody is in everything now. It's like:"Hey bronies! We have this person watch us!"

Well, Tabitha St. Germain has quite the resume way before MLP, and I knew of Andrea Libman as X-23, from X-Men Evolution.

It's not like they're trying to use the allure of certain VAs just to pull in the Brony demographic.

I never got into X-Men Evolution. I liked Wolverine and the X-Men, but then I love anything with Emma Frost.

I wasn't a fan of Wolverine and the X-Men.

Since I love high school settings, for reasons even unknown to myself, I actually really loved X-Men Evolution. It's probably my favourite out of the X-Men cartoons, even if the animation has aged horribly.

Well, there's a lot of possible stories that can be told through a high school setting, which is why a lot of people enjoy it.
I, personally, enjoy the high school setting because it offers a reason for characters antagonistic towards each other to pretty much be forced to confront each other.

Though, my most hated point in the high school setting is relationship "Who's dating who?" drama.

I've yet to rewatch it to see how the animation has aged, but I just really liked X-23. She was an interesting character. Shame they apparently mary sue'd her in the comics.

I think I worked it out that I liked it because I could relate to their problems. Although a surgeon overcoming a gunshoot wound so he can operate makes for a better story, you may never meet someone in your life time that has had the same experiences.

Characters in high school settings all live through experiences we ourselves will and have.

I've plowed through the first season of Ben 10: Alien Force on Netflix and enjoyed it a lot more than I had previously. I absolutely LOVE the character of Professor Paradox and knowing he's voiced by David McAllum (Ducky on NCIS) makes it even better.

I've also taken a real liking to Generator Rex (made by the same people as Ben 10). It wasn't something I thought would appeal to me but it has a neat premise and isn't afraid to touch on more mature elements (such as the prejudice towards the EVOs). I was afraid it would be too much of a monster-of-the-week type show but it really proved otherwise.

Alien Force is my favourite part of the Ben 10 franchise and I love Generator Rex as well.

Alien Force was fun, but it wasn't until the later episodes that I actually enjoyed it. Ben having perfect control of the Omnitrix (Or his 10 aliens, that is) killed a lot of tension, and it removed the need to ingenuity.
Original Ben wants Four Arms and gets Ripjaws? He has to figure out a different way to win than just "Rush him and overpower him."
AF Ben 10 wants Humongosaur? Gets Humongosaur.

I know the glitch thing could (And sometimes did) get old, but it made Ben stay on his toes, because he didn't always get what he wants.

However, the story end of the spectrum was better and it did get more interesting as the show went on, and I do enjoy Alien Force (Except for that whole "Magic isn't real, you're just an alien." thing they did to Gwen then retconned out in Ultimate Alien).
But the fights were just dull in Alien Force, since Ben fights in a very linear and straightforward manner. Jetray, get in close, Humongosaur (Ben used Brainstorm so rarely it hurt. I think he's only beaten by Ripjaws for least used of the default 10 aliens).

As for Gen Rex, I could never get into it, personally.

I hated how Ben was the only Ben 10 character in the Generator Rex crossover, i want to watch that again.

To be fair, for me, the tension was already killed. I know the whole 'jam on the lip' gag may make this sound slightly contradictory but I find it hard to get invested in a heroes battles when the only noticeable sign of damage is a torn shirt. At least in Power Rangers they are getting slashed and shot and blown up.

Still I enjoyed the fighting in Alien Force anyway because at least, unlike in Be 10, the fights were dramatic, taken serious and went beyond gags. I guess the fighting did get more 'epic' in Ultimate Alien but I never felt the Ultimate forms felt as powerful as the story made it out to be and a lot of the ultimate forms kinda sucked.

Although Ultimate Echo Echo's Sonic Doom on Kevin was AMAZING.

While the fights were handled in a more serious light, I just felt that Ben not getting his alien of choice in the original series was just more fun.

Ultimate Alien just wasn't my thing. It's my least favorite Ben 10 series, but it wasn't terrible or even bad. Just kind of...Dull.

The original Ben 10 was dull to me, I'm not a fan of pure comedy series. I like things to be taken seriously and for there to be drama, it makes the comedy all the more sweeter ad the epic moments all the more EPIC.

Didn't help that it lost the sense of adventure by staying in one place for most of the earlier episodes and then going to interchangeable planets later on and then back home. Of that it was in a state of perpetual night. Or how it just used space as an explanation for magic. Or how Ben gave names to Aliens before he first became them. Or how Kevin lost the "unexplained energy sponge" powers and Lovecraftian full body mutation for looking like a "bad boy," somehow getting out of the Null Void, becoming human and heroic, and having Syd's civilian powers because he's half-alien and he lives in the same town as Ben even though his original debut was in a big flippin' city that most likely WASN'T their home town since Gwen was mad at Ben for screwing with her weekend at a classy hotel that had amenities she was yenning for that wouldn't have been a problem if they were in their hometown since that would have meant she could stop by her house for that stuff.

All of the Kevin stuff was explained during Ultimate Alien.

I always dreamed of Ben 10 joining the Justice league.

He's not DC, though.
DC does have a series called "Dial H for Hero" that uses a somewhat similar concept as Ben, though (Or Ben uses a similar concept to him, since he was from the 60's).

I thought Aang and Katara made more sense. I could see Zuko and Katara getting together, but I think Katara is better off with Aang. Toph seems more like the kind of person to get into a not-married-but-still-have-a-child type of relationship.
