Really excited about this, especially after hearing that the Urobutcher will be writing the series. I kinda feel sorry for the parents of the kids who will be watching this, somehow I think they're gonna need to get some therapist for the kids in the long run. A lot of people love Kuuga, the toku community will be one fandom I will never truly understand, despite being in it.

What they deem as masterpieces, usually come with all the problems they claim the shows they cast out as worthless have and rarely come with anything extra that somehow alleviates it above.

It's like Kyoryuger, 'Power Rangers is dumb and childish' they say and then in the same breath call the battery powered samba dinosaurs 'one of the greatest sentai concepts of this generation.'

'Wizard's characters are flat and boring', they say, while claiming that characters like 'my weakness is I'm too perfect' Daigo as 'deep and multi layered'.

It's all bullshit.

Maybe it's a matter of opinion. Honestly Toku fans seem so divided about shit in general, I'mnot sure how you can lump them all into one category.

I was of course, speaking generally, using the majoritive opinions. There are always exceptions, that exception usually turns out to be me.

I loved it personally. Great suit designs, interesting hierarchy for the villains, completely badass secondary rider, and a pretty interesting time skip plot device.

Haha, this made me laugh. Because it's true. Personally, I tend to like all the toku shows I watch. I have yet to come across a Sentai or Rider that I do not like or am unable to finish the show to. A lot of people read way too much into it. I just have a tendency to like everything because I watch toku like a child.

Its obvious that Ryukendo had an influence on Wizard's look.

Anywhoots, Fruit theme is stupid until proven otherwise. I imagine in 2002 when people were watching Ryuki said, "LOL WTF is this shit, this can't be good since a bunch of Riders team up with a bunch of stupid animals to fight in mirrors," Actually Ryuki has been from what I heard a fantastic series and has some of the coolest concepts ever that are still in Rider today

Also - before anyone tells me I can't make an opinion on shitty fruit samurai, when you pitch an idea you have twenty seconds. I guarantee you that if your pitch opened with 'So there are these samurai, right? Yeah, with padlocks and they were each designed on a piece of fruit-' 'get out'

I really don't know who first suggested this, and then who went 'my God Gary that is a great idea! [I'm using Gary as a placeholder, he could be called Banchakizakeru]' and then it got all the way to being made.

I'm only hoping as this does exist, the script and characters are absolutely fantastic, I can't see it getting made for any other reasons, unless Japan has a scurvy crisis.

I much prefer Drivers that just play a single sound effect, or just shout out something like 'Sword Form!' or 'Open Up!'. Although not nearly as annoying as Wizard's, OOOs still really annoyed me.

Yeah, something that's only two words. I still think W's driver is the best. All it says is the memory names, and then a little music that might as well be background music. But I also like the "jingles" followed by ----form from Den-O.

Every time I hear about the Sengoku driver and Lock Seeds, I can't help but think it's the Kamen Rider equivalent of a ShamWow! product.

Yeah I especially love how Den-O uses the voices of the characters for the Driver as well.
