The latest episode was cool and we finally got a Yang backstory. Good talk with Yang and Blake.

Such a good episode. I like how Cinder was able to create weapons from the dust she uses. The bit with Jaune dancing was definitely worth the watch. :lol

One of the few problems I've had with RWBY is that some episodes feel more like half an episode than a full one. This does not have that problem. I enjoyed every bit of this episode, and it didn't feel like it ended too soon.

And you also see that whole "dust being woven into clothing" thing from that RWBY video "world of remnant", that was about dust, in this episode.

Also, there's a theory going around that: Ozpin, Glynda, and Ironwood are allusions to The wizard of Oz. Ozpin being a reference to Oz himself, Glynda Goodwitch being a reference to Glinda the good witch of the north, and Ironwood being a reference to the tin man.
Makes you wonder who is the lion, the scarecrow, and other characters from The wizard of Oz.

Jaune is so awesome, I love him and all of Team JNPR dancing. I loved Jaune's scene with Neptune as well shows how much Jaune's learned too. I am very intrigued with what Cinder did, her weapons were awesome too. I like how Penny had a small scene there too. I really enjoyed Pyrrha and Jaune's scene too that Pyrrha finally told him how she felt. I can't wait to see where this goes now. Also anyone know how long this volume is?

That theory was asked during a panel a year ago, Monty said they weren't directly inspired or anything of sorts but some were down along the lines at the same time were if that makes any sense.

This episode was brilliant! I love Ozpin more now, he is a very intriguing character. I also liked how he knew about everything going with what Team RWBY was doing. Also it was great to see Velvet more and team CFVY. Zwei was so much fun, I see where Yang and Ruby get some of their quirkyness from with their father mailing him to them lol. They need to stop having 2 week breaks I love this show too much.

So why is the Corgi named Zwei? What's the literary reference?

Nice little episode tonight. A little bit of action while learning a bit about the characters and the Grim.

I know it's more of a problem with me than the show, but dang I have a really hard time understanding the new guy.

I enjoyed tonight's episode, learning more about Yang's, Blake's, and Weiss's motivations more. Also that we getting somewhere with what happened to Ruby. I also love Oobleck's weapon that was great.

I love how Zwei is animated more like an object than a living being, with him bouncing around and being mostly static, it makes me laugh so much. :lol

This episode was pretty good and Oobleck is just the best

Excellent action episode! We saw: how Oobleck's is actually used, flaming corgi missile of fluffy doom, Neo fighting, mysterious character that may come to light later , and a lead into the finale next week. I also loved how the dust Blake loaded into Gambol Shroud affected her shadow semblance, absolutely great. Regarding the mysterious character, they could be either: 1) Ruby's mother or 2) Ruby from the future. Either of these may be a possibility or I could be crazy.

Holy shit... I think I need a nap after that episode. We must be camping because that was intense!

My favorite part was Oobleck and Zwei fighting together, that's cute and awesome. Loved the action though I didn't like that Yang pretty much got her ass kicked. Though Weiss was pretty kick ass, and Blake was awesome too. Ruby and Oobleck were awesome too. The mysterious character intrigues me, I was waiting for Adam to be in the train but I see he still won't show up soon. I can't wait for the next episode it seems like it'll be very exciting.

That was an excellent finale!!! Loved the action. Love that we saw Velvet's team in action. (I think fell in love with Coco and her weapon. I also want to make a Galade in Pokemon based off of Their teammate, Fox. :lol) But the last scenes though had me like:

I had a feeling that Adam would return at some point but not like this and we now have a better idea of who the Crimson Women is.
Early season 3 hype?

This was a good finale, lots of action which was cool. Team CFVY totally kicked ass, I love all the members of them they all kicked ass. Coco was totally badass, why is this show called RWBY? I want more focus on Team CFVY, SSSN, and JNPR! Hell I love the teachers so much too. Really intrigued with who the mysterious women who I think is Yang's mother because they had similar faces. Also glad to see Adam finally come in, they couldn't hold him off much longer. So when does season 3 start?

What was everyone's favorite fight from Volume 2?

Mine was the fight with Torchwick when he was in the mech because that fight just hit all the right notes for me.
