It's all cool! But like I said, I can give an explanation for why I would like to see the bracer/gauntlet on different arms. And as for the designs, it all looks nice. If you want a few ideas I'd be more than happy to give you a few.

I think the gauntlets should be uniformly placed; it just adds to the whole aesthetic of sentai (everyone is the same except for minor details in the mask and color of suits).

The designs look great! I am glad to see the team finally; like waiting for a child to be born lol

Nope. We're focusing on rangers. Then we'll move into Zords. Then to villains.

Well since your focus is there, has anyone thought of designs for the individual weapons, and if they can all form a team cannon or not?

Gold - Solar
Silver- Lunar
Orange - Light
Violet - Darkness
Rainbow - Cosmic

How about White as cosmic that reflects the other colors (like an extra ranger that can utilize all the elements?)

That makes sense and would be less taxxing on my brain come design time

Animal motif for the mechs would be awesome. Should the animals also represent the elements or represent the personalities of the rangers?

Cause I am all for the animals not being confined by the elements (no water-based animal for water)

and maybe for the last five have them use mythical creatures for mecha

Been reading the posts... And I don't want there to be elementally stereotypical animals. And as for the red, can we please, PlEaSe, PLEASE avoid using lion? Am I the only one tired of seeing red as lion? As for the gorilla, isn't that what this newer coming set of Sentai is supposedly going to have?

How about a Red Ram/Mountain Goat? Give him a hammer with ram horns at the striking end.

yeah, but I don't see how they would be able to make the goat a centerpiece for the combined mecha.

you need something that can be put into a chest form, and a goat would be too small compared to other animals.

I don't think the Zords have always been 100% accurate with relative size. We can bend that rule a bit if they are.

Make it based off of some exotic huge Goat if need be.

Actually, size doesn't need to be proportionate. IMO. The ram could form the upper chest and head while another mocha formed the torso & legs.

Also, can we not have the ladies use a ribbon as a weapon? I know that stuff hasn't been seen since the pre-Zyuranger era, but still. Just to be sure. Let's not.

I'm not so sure a goat would work out to well...perhaps make is a Wolf instead...and no im not biased at all...Oh and when it comes time for the finisher weapon can I recomend a gihugic sword made up of their weapons...which would be swords themselves but different kinds...think Clouds 7-part buster sword from Advent Children

How about an Elephant? It's big, powerful, has tusks (imagine the personal weapon based off of that? Like a 3-pronged sword or a blunderbuss). Also solves the Main Megazord part problem.

Another one of the possible animals for red Sentai in the new series. Why not back to the time(s) when red could be the head piece and not the body?

I never had the chance to check out the drawings or join the discussion, but I'm back. I remember last minute, we changed Green to male and Black to female. If you guys want to stick with Green as female, then you should make her more green, it's a little too minty. As for the helmets, they look great, but the visors are too small. For the next five I was thinking we should have Gold and Silver be a pair for sixth and Gold can be Sun and Silver can be Moon. Then we can have White for Light and Purple for Dark. Then Rainbow for Cosmic. I like the animal zord idea. I think Red should have a bull or rhino. Blue has a swordfish, Green has a falcon, black has a gorilla or rhino if red doesn't get it, and I'm not sure about yellow.

I like green being a girl, but I agree, she is rather minty. I like how the visors look. And I think the newer ideas for colors would be better, and easier on the artist.


As for the mecha, I think we should NOT go with elementally stereotypical animals. I do like the Rhino idea, but I think we should deviate from the current run of red being the chest/body piece and make him the head. Or to even more off track and make him the legs or an arm. :lol

5 swords combined to make a big sword? Finisher Gaoranger style? I am for all of this.

How about a Rhino or Elephant for red? The face of the animal can act as a shield (to give the gattai some weaponry)

I like that green seems a bit more wind like but I think a Rhino would be fantastic for Red

If we must go with red as the body majority then I do vote for rhino.

Rhino can work as legs like GaoRhino.

I like the idea of it as a chestpiece.
