Basco only appeared in 11 episodes. I wished he appeared more often

No! The reason why is because of what Basco commonly said and lived by: "Can't gain something without giving something up (or to the effect of this)!" He took this mantra and ran with it with everything he did: Betraying Marvelous and AkaRed, Using Ranger Keys and sacrificing Extra Hero and Sixth Ranger Keys, allying with and betraying Zangyack and Damaras, shooting and not caring when Sally blew-up! The reason this matters is because Basco was ultimately proven right: The Greatest Treasure would use the 34 Super Sentai Powers and erase them from existence and history to reshape the Universe-- "Can't gain something without giving something up"! The Gokaiger saw what happened in their lives and how it shaped them and how the history of Super Sentai shaped the Earth and its people, and the core five Gokaiger told the "I love Super Sentai, but let's just wish Zangyack away!" Gai to ignore the Treasure they spent the series trying to obtain. The cost was just too high! By dismissing the Treasure, they fought and defeated Zangyack and had a fantastic battle against Akudos Gill in the finale, and since Zangyack is considered a powerful universal force since the beginning and Gai's dream was to stop Zangyack, it all added-up in the end! Basco couldn't have followed through in the long run! |
How much backstory for Deka do I need to go into the new Space Sherriff movies? Or should I watch it all first?

About Go-Buster, J and Jin used that Morphin Blaster to change and shoot, and while I'm not a fan of the thing I have to wonder if the thing was designed after any particular object from real life? Given the storyline of the show, I started looking into old phone designs, and the Nokia 5210 was what really jumped-out at me. Does anyone see the same thing, could the designers have looked toward the past (given Jin's background), or am I just grasping at straws?

I know that's not the right place to talk about that, but why no one say anything in super sentai ideas on fanfiction thread ?

Do you guys think we'll see another car-centric themed Sentai again?

We had Kamen Rider Drive, so I don't think Toei will do another car theme superhero show again. People believe that OOO was the reason why didn't get a new animal theme Sentai show because OOO had a huge toy line with power theme animals.

What if we have a military-themed show to homage some military mechas for 2020 ?

Has anyone subbed the Space Squad: Dekaranger vs Gavan thing yet? I can't find it anywhere, but I swear I thought it was subtitled already.

EDIT: Argh, there it is! You would think I would be able to find torrents after being at this for several years. |

So one thing I've been thinking about, has the internet come up with any sort of name for those mechs that are heavily based on their pilots, to point that it comes across as stroking their ego? Like, to use Gokaiger as an example, the mechs Warz Gill and Insarn use. Those share a LOT of physical features with their pilots, to the point of having gigantic versions of their faces on their chests. Is there a name for that kind of mech? I like to call the, "Ego Mechs" but I wanna know if there's a more widely used option.
