A highschool was a very important plot point for Faiz's backstory. Actually, considering how we're getting mixed series like this now, I guess Den-O (well, the Imagins) will appear alongside Decade at the end of December since they've even been mentioned together in interviews, referencing their appearance as a big event. Now, this makes more sense since both could be together in a single event.

I don't know why, but for some reason, I'm getting a "four parter" feeling from that notion. The one with Fourze and Faiz sharing the same highschool setting.

Like, one arc could focus on Faiz with a bit of Fourze. And the other would be switched.

Though that may be because I personally feel like an hour long arc wouldn't be enough time for both shows.

EDIT: Scratch everything I just said. Though I do hope the two-episode "fourze and faiz arc" manage to use both shows seamlessly.

Judging by the toy catalog: OOO in October, Gaim in November, Decade in December though that leaves gaps. Toucon Boost, Drago Knight Hunter Z, and Rabbit Tank Sparkling were all in December so that backs up Decade being his first proper upgrade too.

They'll probably use Kouta if they can get Gaku Sano but if not any of the Riders would work.

This series debut list suggests we're getting Fourze in the beginning of October - so likely in the 2nd part of the Fourze/Faiz story, while Faiz Armor will debut in the first one. Then we have Ghost and more Ex-Aid/Genm for the rest of the month alongside with Zi-O Ghost. It's oddly empty, which might mean they could also feature some early Heisei series alongside them. That's just an armor list, but if we get a Rider Watch for an early Heisei series that's just used for a finisher, they wouldn't need to be there.

For November, we have the OOO, Gaim and Wizard armors, which points to at least one other mixed story too. Then we get to December, where oddly there are just two armors, which could point to W and Decade getting completely standalone stories, or there could be more early Heisei series with both if they attempt to "close" all series in the first quarter to end this initial arc.

I doubt any of the main Riders will fail to get a form appearance, they all have designs made, seen in the scans. Hopefully none of them will just be brief cameos in specials, though. It is strange how few forms are coming in the first quarter considering Build had 10 by the first episode of December as well as Cross-Z, Blood Stalk, and Night Rogue.

All the Rider Watch toys are coming in the first quarter though. The other Riders might get forms in other ways, like combining with the Decade Watch (For example, there's a scan which shows Zi-O Decade Armor Build Sparkling) or in whatever way they're going to handle the past final forms.

The other armor designs could be just for Ganbarizing, like what happened with several of Build's forms. Regarding the number of forms, Zi-O and Geiz will have 10 armors in total by December (All Riders from OOO-> Build, Genm, Faiz), in addition to their base forms and 3 armor swaps (which are the same toy, but different physical props) and then Zi-O gets two more armors (W and Decade) for December. That's about the same as Build.

All the Best Matches had designs for Build in the catalogue too yet not only did some forms not appear in the show, a ScorpionGold set outright got cancelled

This isn't quite correct. For the Hokuto/Seito Best Matches in the second quarter, only the ones planned to have physical appearances in the 7 Best Match specials had designs shown in the catalog, the rest had no illustration accompanying them. It's just SaiDryer and HachiMarine in the third quarter that had forms shown that didn't appear physically anywhere.
