The Accel figures are very, very nice. They're among the most recent stuff I've gotten, and they're really great. I definitely like them more than the Akibarangers (and hey, they're all the same colors!), in part because of the die-cast feet, in part because of the shiny metallic paint.
Anyone on the fence about the Accels should get off the dang fence and buy them. Red did cost me the most, but he's definitely worth it.

I can live with the head issues I think. I don't personally think its as awful as people make out, and I don't really want to buy the yellow one just for a more accurate head. I said I was sticking to base forms only and I need to keep to it :lol
