It's not that...it's just I don't like seeing those characters perverted in such a way. Also, they make several plot contrivances just to have the characters get in bed with each other. Said characters also behave out of character quite a bit, again just to have them get in bed together. The one I read in particular felt way too dark to be in the My Little Pony universe. I felt that it could've worked maybe as a Game of Thrones fanfic, but not a My Little Pony one. (I skipped all the sex parts of course, so don't anyone go accusing me of being a pervert).
